I have had my tap fitted to around 8 months and it has been great. Recently it started to drip and gradually got worse. I contacted hot water taps who replied within the hour and sent me a new part with instructions on how to fit it. The part arrived in two days and the fitting was very easy and fixed the problem. I cannot rate the service of this company high enough. Customer care is first class. I would highly recommend their taps even tho I’ve had a little issue due to the way it was handled.

Replacement filter turns up on time every time so you don't forget to change it hence keeping everything running perfectly.

We ordered these 11 days ago,
We live in Spain and we were visiting family, the filters have not been delivered yet, so we return to Spain without them, not really acceptable but as we cant find them anywhere else we are stuck with this company. Not happy

I did find changing the filter difficult at first, but Darren patiently talked me through it, only to discover that I was reading the instructions incorrectly.
The instant hot and chilled water is brilliant and so easy to use. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have just purchased a second tap for home, the first with a larger tank was purchased for our training centre and it has been fab. The one for home will replace a similar hot tap brought from another supplier, but one they do not last, two its always a issue with getting the replacement filter cartridges. What I really love about HotTaps is they have a subscription system where they automatically send out the filters every 6 months, on a direct debit system. So much easier, great idea, highly recommend the company.

I was pleased to get a reminder to replace my filter and my order was straightforward. Unfortunately I have yet to received the filter I ordered and have no idea when I will receive. Just told it’s out of stock.

My 3 year old hot water tank has started making alot of noise and is no longer instantly hot. Takes a minute to warm up to make a cuppa. Tried to get troubleshooting tips to try and fix. Only response I got was to buy a new one with the price of it!! Zero troubleshooting help at all. I would advise, only buy this knowing you will be buying another tank in a few years. Not built to last

I haven’t received my order.

I still have not received the water filter i ordered several weeks ago. I have received an email correspondence to say they are waiting for stock to arrive and will dispatch to me as soon as they can, which is why ive given 2 stars and not just 1. However this is an unreasonable length of time to have to wait. Filters are supposed to be changed every 6 months to avoid bad taste, mine is now overdue.

I have a Avista Swan Neck hot water tap black.
It is now coming upto 2 years old it’s immaculate. Love it. Before purchasing checked out other makes Quooker etc over £1000.00 I paid £279.00 husband fit himself and if you need help you can just phone for advice.
Today needed a new valve as tap is dripping slightly phoned them and are sending out a new valve free of charge even though it’s out of guarantee. Amazing company great service.

Great product, So much better than a kettle and the added benefit of cold filtered water as well. Looks great. Good service a little problem with extra filters but sorted out.

It makes life so much easier, just turn on the tap and instant hot water, no need to wait for a kettle to boil

Filter arrived ready to replace in the tap. Really convenient subscription and saves me having to remember when I need to action the new filter. The hot water tap is great - a great purchase.
