Ive ordered twice now from here. Once for a pleco which was packed so well, arrived safely, the seller made sure the temperature was ideal for the wellbeing of the fish before posting. A company shows its true worth when things don't go according to plan, and Aquatic Bliss exceeded all expectations.I had a minor issue with a recent snail order, but Naomi was absolutely awesome in resolving the hiccup. She handled everything with incredible fairness, understanding, and top-tier customer service.It is also clear that they take immense care and effort in shipping. The snails arrived in incredibly sturdy packaging complete with heat pack to ensure they stayed safe and warm during transit. I’ve had many fish from Aquatic Bliss and honestly cannot recommend Naomi enough. The quality of the fish I’ve received has always been unbelievable – healthy, beautiful, well cared for and clearly raised with a huge amount of knowledge and dedication.

Naomi’s customer service is absolutely amazing. She genuinely goes above and beyond to help in any way she can and is always happy to offer advice, guidance and support. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you can tell she really cares about both her fish and the people buying them.

This is not the only time I've ordered from here. Done a good 4-5 orders and never been disappointed. Fish quality 10/10, price 10/10 and communication 10/10.
