Bought a machine from these guy’s couple of years ago, had small problem recently, after speaking to Rob posted part they identified back for repair.
Not only fixed and returned the following day, but free of charge.
If only all companies were as professional and friendly .

No-one likes buying an item blind, however; soon as I made contact - Rob responded instantly, answer all questions asked. Hence instantly filling me with confidence.
I chose the machine and it was delivered within two weeks, by Rob and his business partner. They set the machine up and gave me a full walk through talk through, ensuring the machine was perfect and I was happy. This was backed up in advance with - full written instructions and a video!
The service from start to finish was a platinum service, and the machine itself - simply a-ma-zing!!!! True and perfect arcade quality gameplay!
Highly recommended for any trip down nostalgia lane!

I searched numerous companies in the UK for a Arcade machine with a Donkey Kong design. Arcade WOW were the only company offering a solid single unit arcade machine that wasn't split into 2 sections. I contacted Rob with my enquiry who was excellent from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I wanted to check the specification of the machine and Rob kindly offered the opportunity to visit his showroom which proved highly successful as I ordered a Donkey Kong machine! Communication throughout the build and delivery process was excellent. Machine was delivered into my room of choice and fully set up. The quality of the machine is excellent and exceeded my high expectations. Dealing with Rob and Arcade WOW was great as they are passionate about what they do and how they do it. You may find other machines with different companies at a lower price but this is false economy. Why would you spend circa £800 on an inferior machine that comes in 2 sections with poor graphics and sound. I would fully recommend this company for that special retro treat! Well done Rob, Rick and the Arcade WOW Team.

I can't fault working with these guys. I went for a custom design with inspiration from chat gpt. Rob and team made it all very easy and the design was sorted and agreed over a few emails. The end result is even better than what chat gpt designed and what I had imagined. Thanks guys. Loving my arcade...although my wife isn't!

These guys were a pleasure to deal with. Their product is absolutely fantastic, and they couldn't have been any more polite and accommodating throughout the whole process.

Rob and Rick were incredibly generous with their time when delivering my custom build, and were more than happy to run through the operation, and answer any questions.

A massive thank you to Paul as well, who managed to take my design concept and produce a finished graphics example in a single day!

The machine itself is a wonderful porthole to a different time, and really captures the essence of what makes sharing arcade games with friends and family special.

I have no doubt that if I need help further down the line, Rob & the team at Arcade Wow will continue to offer the same exceptional service they demonstrated at point of sale.

Ordered an upright full size arcade machine in 2023. Everything from the order through to shipping, delivery and up and running was smooth.

Had a huge amount of fun and then after a power failure the software stopped working.......but one email later and Rob advised the fix options which turned out to be very reasonable and around a week later all back up and running.

Great Service even 3 years after purchase!

From the first phone call to Rob and Rick delivering the Arcade machine, the whole experience was amazing. I was kept informed of progress at all stages and fully included in the design process. The arcade machine looks amazing and has brought back some very fond memories and making some new ones playing new games. Thanks Rob, Paul and Rick.

Awesome! The upright arcade machine I purchased takes pride of place in living room. Not only did Rob make a complete bespoke wrap in authentic Williams Robotron 2084 style, but he's made an extra joystick layout to accomodate my own preferences post sale, coupled with an extra home visit to install and swap controllers. The service they provide can't be beaten, and a full spectrum of original games is provided. Buy with confidence.

We wanted to say how amazing Rob has been in helping us in answering our questions about the machines and giving us the opportunity to visit the showroom!! The quality of the machines and variety the team offer is fantastic, their knowledge and passion was admirable!

Fantastic machine made by people who are clearly passionate about what they do. This is a true arcade machine that brought a tear of nostalgia to my eye. The artwork, lighting, and control set up are spot on. The games are all loaded rather than having to pay for a subscription, or have a constant internet connection. The front end is super intuitive, it makes searching for your favorite games and consoles easy. Customer service is great, they gave me a full demo on delivery and listened to me ramble on about games for an hour! In short, if you want an arcade machine with the same build and style as back in the old days, this is a no brainer.

I was unsure which way to go. Buy an original Phoenix Arcade (c£5K) or go for a new Multi gamed Arcade machine. I made the right choice. Brought the Defender version of the full size Arcade game. Very Very happy with the well made machine. No extras needed as they come as standard. What also attracted me was that all the games are stored on the machine whereas some others are downloaded when you select what you want to play.
I was brought up in pubs and had all the 80s games at some point. Phoenix was my ultimate, however the fog of time and tinted memory means I am so glad I went for multiple games over a single game. You would get bored with just the one game. And you forget how many great games there were. Thoroughly enjoying kicking the misses arse on frogger ! Next purchase - an original Addams family Pinball - Anyone got one going cheap?

Great experience throughout the whole process. Rob was always there at the other end of phone to answer any questions and even took time out to carry out a what's apps video call so see the machines working and carry out really time demonstration. Service was second to none, very friendly staff. Machine delivered on time and set uo. was happy to they with me to show me the functions.the machine it's self is fab great quality and sound. Would highly recommend.

After taking the time to look at other companies and other machines i'm glad i made the right choice for me with arcadewow. Theres nothing i can fault.
