I have been trying to withdraw my winnings using both my bank card and bank transfer, and both attempts have mysteriously “failed.” After spending the entire morning on the phone with my bank, they confirmed that there is absolutely no issue on their end—meaning the problem lies with Arctic Casino.
Despite multiple emails requesting proof of my bank declining the transactions, Arctic Casino has failed to provide any valid explanation. What makes this even more suspicious is that I have withdrawn from their sister site, iBet, with no problems at all. If iBet can process withdrawals smoothly, why is Arctic Casino unable (or unwilling) to do the same?
Their customer support provides generic responses without actually resolving the issue, and it seems like they are deliberately obstructing withdrawals. This is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
