they don't accept returns or changes

I bought pants and they were too small. They didn't accept the return or a change, because they say it was a sales product.

They said that they where open to refund or return, but this is what they really answered me. As you can see I say that I bought the wrong size (I am not going to discuss if their sizing is correct or not). They have always said that if it is my mistake, they do not accept returns or exchanges. What further details are they asking for? The size does not fit me... very easy. I would like to change or return... I accept to pay for shipping, but they don't accept even that!

Avoid!

Awful size chart (I have always been medium but measure between 2XL and 3XL according to their sizes), unreasonable returns/exchange policy, and awful customer service.

Terrible products and service

First of all the products are bad quality, simple cheep China dropshipping. You can get much more value for money somewhere else.
And the customer service is terrible, apparently you can return items after writing an email to their support, but they just don't answer. Very unprofessional company.

Terrible customer experienc…

Terrible customer experience.
They mislead me by stating that items « can be » returned within 14 days. The truth is that you can only return clothes if they are defective. I ordered a pants which was too small, their reply was « Oh that’s unfortunate »… what a great customer service!
In 2023, what kind of clothing company doesn’t allow its customers to return?
