Shreya helped answer a question for me

Beware of this University it's a waste of money. Go in other University with good instead. I have a lot of frustrations and disappointing experiences in this institution. I will never be proud I studied here.

Very disappointing experience with Arden University. For the past 1 month, I’ve been constantly chasing student support to fix issues with my iLearn access, but nothing was properly resolved. The communication has been extremely poor, responses take too long, and it feels like no one genuinely cares about helping students.
Because of these technical problems, I was unable to properly access my studies, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. If I had the chance to redo my decision, I would never choose this university again. Overall, one of the most frustrating educational experiences I’ve had.

Waiting for a refund since February with no proper resolution

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.

I was officially informed by Arden University that I was eligible for a refund, so this is not a case of a missed deadline or an invalid request.

Since February, I have been trying to receive a refund that Arden themselves confirmed I was entitled to. Over the past months, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, visited my bank in person to check whether any payment had been received, and even provided updated bank details to help complete the transfer.

The bank confirmed that no funds were ever received.

Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and communication has been extremely poor. Weeks and months have passed with little to no meaningful response, even after attempts to escalate the matter.

Tina provided excellent support during my most difficult period through interactions on Student Support Chat Box. Before and after assisting, she reassured me positively, it gave me great comfort and encouragement. She ended by reassuring that that student support is one click away to providing support. That was the boost I needed.
Not only did she outline the areas to find the necessary information on Student Well-being and Library, but she provided the links for ease of reference and additionally provided Reference Guide link which I definitely forgot to inquire about but needed. It's like she read my mind.

I am really appreciative of her genuine and kind spirit. She was absolutely wonderful!

Laura has been very helpful and caring she was thefirst staff of the University I met with has been so helpful towards my situation am so grateful with everything word and not express how much she was patience with me.

I had an amazing experience with Arden University thanks to Zainab from Student Support, Stratford Campus. She was kind, polit, soft-spoken, and truly supportive. She was able to resolve my issue in 24 hours. She gave me confidence from day one. Arden University's support team is reliable, caring, and always ready to help.

I had an issue that needed urgent attention, and Antonette went absolutely above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was patient, professional, understanding, and incredibly dedicated from start to finish. What really stood out was how much effort she put into making sure everything was fully sorted out for me -she truly went all out.

Excellent customer service like this is rare to find these days, and I genuinely appreciate all the support and care she provided. Thank you, Antonette, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Meena was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I'm still deep into postpartum, and she was kind, patient, even when I replied late to her emails. I am super grateful my return to school after a six-month break was seamless because of her.

I was having great difficulty navigating the new layout. Mandy called me within an hour of me placing my request. After she had tried to work out what I had been asking. Mandy then explained that I had downloaded the wrong thing and talked me through the process reassuring how to do it next time and also explained how to do a few other things too. I didnt feel patronised like i do sometimes due to my FND as I struggle explaining what I mean. I really appreciate your friendly manner and approach with helping me. Thankyou.

Why do you have a phone and not answer it even email no reply at all. This new site at Stratford is a joke.

I received prompt response and support to my inquiry. I wasn't expecting that they would be able to sort it out before the deadline as it was very close to the deadline. However, the Student Support (working with the Registry) sorted it out so quickly.

The university offers students great flexibility and excellent student support. I've studied at both Arden and Kings College London and found both experiences very similar. Arden has clearly been developing and refining it's procedures over the past few years.
