Hoped we would never need to use the insurance, but when we unexpectedly needed to use it, they were there for us. Incredibly simple as the vet dealt directly with Argos.
It passed through the system very quickly and communication was swift and friendly. Very happy.

The company paid the claim very quickly. There was a tad confusion as I had an emergency vet and our own vet which they set up as two claims. But the claim was approved quickly.

Argos pet insurance have been so easy to deal with. We recently had to make a claim which you can do easily using their online form. I had to contact customer service due to a complexity and they were easy to get a hold of and sorted out my query with ease. They also paid our vet fees promptly and without any issues. I would recommend them.
