I’m always super reluctant to write a negative review however struggle to grasp the terms of this site. 7 days return policy when selling holiday wear seems baffling to me. Most people take items away with them on trips and if unworn they may return when home. In this case you can’t as the return policy would have ran out. Quite frustrating and makes very little sense.

Do not order from this website! I ordered a package over a month ago and still not arrived. I keep being told it will be ‘dispatched within two weeks’. Don’t waste your time, I will now be picking this up with my bank to try and get my money back!

Awful service, is this a scam website? Ordered dresses material was awful, emailed and they accepted my returns, returned the items to the address as advised to see that my return was delivered but no one at the address to accept the package (along with what looked like 20+ other returns from the royal mail tracking photo taken) emailed customer service multiple times and messaged their instagram page with zero response! At this point and reading reviews starting to think this is a scam

Aria cove is somewhere I would repeatedly go for any occasion. The quality is absolutely incredible and shipping time is always fast and straight forward. I can honestly say there are no faults to this brand. I would recommend to anybody!

Ordered a fur jacket which I had my eye on for ages and it arrived in time and within expectations and I received so many compliments for it. Quality of the products are amazing and shipping service was great. No complaints.

I order a bikini and trousers, the set is absolutely stunning the quality is amazing the material is perfect! I needed to send the trousers back for a smaller size , I emailed the girls and got a response within hours the communication from start to finish can’t thank them enough, can’t wait to shop again xxxx

I have ordered multiple outfits from Ariacove this year. It is slowly becoming my new favourite online shop. The quality of the clothing is unreal and the sizing is great as well and true to size. So happy I’ve found this amazing clothing site and can’t wait to order more items!

Ordered the Mimi dress off this website, it was beautiful and the fabric was good. My only comment would be on the length of the dress as it was very short on me (5ft7) so I had to give it to a family member. Other than that great service.

previously ordered the ada two piece, it was absolutely gorgeous on, i did originally order a size too big and the girls were happy to accept a return so i could buy my correct size.
shipping was quick and arrived on time 🩷

I ordered the SASKI dress for my birthday party and it is gorgeous!!! Delivery was quick and dress in perfect condition. Would 100% buy from them again!!!

Ordered a dress that didn’t say pre order when I ordered it then they changed it to 4 week pre-order. Waited 6 weeks, no sign of my dress. No replies to emails or instagram messages for over a week when it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. Now changed to 1 week pre-order online but still not fulfilling original orders… awful customer service and shouldn’t have to pay delivery for something when it doesn’t even arrive or isn’t even sent in the delivery period.

One of my favourite brands! I messaged on Instagram regarding sizing and got a response straight away, my order arrived quickly and it’s absolutely gorgeous! Quality is amazing. Thank you.
