Could not fault this brand at all! Amazing pieces, quality and the sizes are amazing will be purchasing again!!

Extremely disappointing customer service.

I purchased an item from Aria Cove and was surprised to discover that sale items are completely non-returnable. While many retailers may reduce the return window for discounted items, most still allow returns. Refusing returns altogether feels unnecessarily restrictive and customer-unfriendly.

This policy was not what I expected from an online retailer and has left me with an item I cannot use. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again and would advise other customers to carefully check the return policy before ordering.

I understand that it is my responsibility to read the policies, however I trusted that they are customer friendly and offer the same level of customer support as other brands. Also when purchasing I want to concentrate on what I want to find rather than reading companies policies.

Very disappointing experience.

I would just ignore the terms and conditions on the website at this point, the customer service is horrendous. The company doesn’t seem to process returns! First time ordering from this company and will be my last.

I received my order and although the dress itself is lovely, it unfortunately doesn’t suit me. I completed the return request as instructed but have received no response at all, and the email address provided doesn’t seem to work as the emails do not go through. Order 277851!

Ordered 3 items and kept all 3 as beautiful quality and fit. Delivery also arrived next day when I only paid for standard. Will definitely re order

I don't understand the bad reviews for this shop, my own experience was fantastic. I ordered a jacket on Thursday night and received it on Saturday lunch time. The faux fur jacket is fabulous, the price was reduced and I got a further 10% off as a new customer. I would absolutely recommend.

Ich habe einen Fellmantel bestellt. Die Qualität war sehr schlecht. Keine Taschen, konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Schlechtes Fellimitat und viel zu gross. Sah anders aus als auf den Bildern.
Konnte auch nicht an meine Adresse geschickt werden, sondern musste ihn an einer Packststion abholen.
Rücksendung bzw. Rückerstattung geht nur mit Gutschein vom shop.
Schlechter Kundenservice. Besser gar nicht erst dort bestellen.

There’s so many bad reviews which I didn’t realise at the time of ordering until afterwards when I looked and then was worried but I was so glad I still ordered because I had absolutely no issues and everything was fine. I ordered and within 2 days it was delivered to me and looks exactly like website and is a beautiful fur jacket. Thanks so much!

I have ordered two dresses from them over 3 weeks ago now, and neither have turned up. I have emailed them, messaged on instagram and no reply to get my money back. I have now had to dispute this with my bank.

Terrible experience
Customer service communication is terrible - I do not have my order, seems like other customers have had this experience too.
Not solution provided will not be ordering again.

Worst customer service. Never get a reply from them. Ordered item which was pre order delivery before 17th October. Today is 21st October no sign of my item and no reply from anybody.

I ordered a dress with next day delivery for my birthday. It has been over a week and I haven't received it. I havent got any response on Instagram or email when ive asked for a refund

The returns is a nightmare, the customer service takes years to respond. The clothing is not what is advertised on the website. I am genuinely so shocked with this company! I had high hopes, really disappointed.

I was notified by DHL that my order was delayed to the store not providing details for customs when shipping to the US. I myself had to track down the package and reach out via email to DHL to try and get them the information they need on the items. Aria Cove has yet to respond to my emails but this is super unacceptable. These dresses I ordered for my birthday with a weeks additional time to make sure they arrived before I leave for Greece in three days. Now I don’t think there is any way these dresses make it to me in time. I wish I had ordered from a different retailer without these issues.

The wrong size arrived, I emailed and nothing back. So having to return it and pay for returns. I didn’t want to listen to what everyone had said about this company in our city but AVOID AVOID!!

Like the clothes , but not good customer service.

Instagram dmd multiple times & 4+ emails sent and no response!!

i placed an order weeks ago and received no information or updates besides the order confirmation. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with someone and have had no response. I have emailed and messaged across all social media platforms. The order was for multiple dresses which have never arrived. I am appalled by the customer service and communication from this brand. I am now out of pocket and never recieved the dresses. I will be taking this further as they have taken my money and i have not received the items or a refund. APPAULING

Ordered two items on the 24th May and received nothing. I attempted contact three times, an email and two DM’s on Instagram and heard nothing. In the end I had to dispute through my bank to get my money back a week ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I ordered a skirt that arrived with the size label cut out and a red pen mark. Sent multiple emails regarding this. Eventually had an email accepting the return. I am still awaiting my return postage after at least 10 emails.
Really really bad customer service. They don’t reply. Avoid at all costs. Will keep you posted if they refund my postage.

I have now had my postage refunded. So a happy customer now.

Have emailed customer service numerous times no response I returned two dresses in the same parcel have only be refunded for one but can’t seem to get a response on this and has been over 1month now!!
