I have found the team at propertymark so very helpful and very supportive. The team are friendly and try to help you in every way they can, I spoke to a lady called Catherine a number of times and every time she has been able to help me and I have now become a full member and with continue thanks to her.

Their compliance audit was a very informative and positive experience. Darren Kitchenside has an excellent approach and depth of knowledge in all matters property compliance. Tremendously helpful for agency.

I was dreading an audit. Raphael was very reassuring and we moved through the process with ease and speed.

Rafael came to our business on behalf of the property mark audit for the company. This was the first time our company has done anything like this and it really was a good experience.
We didn’t rate perfect on this round but I now have the information I need to be able to ensure we get top marks on the next audit.
The whole process was really interesting and informative.
Been a member of property mark gives great credibility for our company and it’s definitely a needed service to ensure all agents are dining from the same page and giving a fair and ethical service as an industry. In my eyes ALL agents should be registered and regulated.
