Both my self and my partner had the best experience with Abi. Her communication was on point at every step of the way. When the tenancy got delayed (through no fault of the agents) she kept us updated. throughout. She was so kind and considerate.

We bought our house through Lang Town & Country, completing on 28th November. We also sold through them. As a former estate agent I can highly recommend all the staff in the Plymstock Office who dealt with us efficiently, timely and answered all our questions. They dealt with all stages of the selling and buying, assisting us to co-ordinate both with our vendors, purchasers, surveyors and solicitors. Whilst selling and buying a house are inherently stressful, they made it as seamless as is possible - and the bottle of bubbly on completion was a lovely added touch. Whilst we never want to sell our home, if and when we do, we will give them our repeat business.

Langs sales were excellent (I purchased through them). They were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They also use a very effective sales progression company once the purchase price is agreed. This adds an extra layer of communication and assurance.
