We hadn't moved house for 31 years, so were very rusty on the whole process, however the team at Lang on the Broadway, Paul, Josh and Holly, and the rest of the team in the office made it simple and explained everything, keeping us updated with regular updates about what was happening with the market and taking care of all the viewings. We recently purchased our home through Lang Town and Country and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive.

We primarily dealt with Josh and Paul, who were both absolutely fantastic. Paul was helpful and approachable, making us feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. But it was Josh who really went above and beyond. He remained calm, proactive and determined even when things became complicated – and there were quite a few challenging circumstances along the way!

Josh managed to keep everyone on track, ensuring that communication remained clear and progress steady. Without his persistence and commitment, we genuinely don’t believe the sale would have gone through as smoothly as it did.
