Easy to complete

I found it difficult to start it but once I got into finding it out and it just got easier and I understood how I was meant to be able to get what was needed for my funds. So much better than sorting out statements and letters from banks it’s so easy. Thanks very much.

Don't have any choice but to use this company. Had a problem and AI response is talk to a human. All humans are off for the weekend. Still no reply to my email question. At least I did not have to pay for this non customer service

I’m the least technologically person on the planet I think. But this app is easy to use even for me. The only thing I would highly recommend is you buy half hour aside to do it, you do it in a quiet room with no interruptions ( unlike myself trying to do it and deal with customers coming and going and phones ringing) but very easy in the end

Simple instructions to follow

I really liked using this bit of software. The font on each of the screens was clear to read and understand. Instructions were clear. Functionality easy to use. I liked the progress panel on the side of the screen to show how i was progressing with the questions.

Very easy and uncomplicated method

I'm new to all this but I found the whole experience very easy.

I must say I was impressed how easy it was even though I did panick as all this online stuff makes me stressed but I am in my 70s! So if I had to do it again I would & not get so stressed next time…

A very clear and user friendly experience!

Firstly, the email states that the process will 'complete in a few minutes' - please give more accurate timings - it took 2 hours. Nobody is getting fund source requests done that quickly.

The whole process just really seemed off, and being questioned over transactions such as shopping money and work expenses seems wholly unnecessary. The addition of having to upload a years worth of ISA statements where you can see any and all investments made is complete overkill.

Very uncomfortable with a company that I've never heard of before having this amount of information.

They have however, kindly advised that I can request to have all data deleted, otherwise it apparently stays in the system for 3 years (open banking) and 6 years for the report.
