I was introduced to this tea on a work visit, to the extent that it made me ask what kind of tea it was and from where, it was amber coloured, the taste was divine, it felt like it was good for you! I have tried over the years to drink my tea black as I know it is better health wise for you, more antioxidants, but I always reached a stumbling block after a period of weeks due to the bitter taste of our UK teabags. I had started again prior to being offered my 'golden cup of cha' but this has definitely supported me to keep going. I have it black with lemon and sometimes with a small sugar, but it is glorious with or without the lemon or sugar. I was gifted a sachet of the tea from the person who introduced it to me, which I now can repay in full as I have just ordered 8 packets! That is how much I love it. I wont go back to drinking bog standard tea and will always have a stash in the house in case of emergencies or the apocalypse (you never know)! The only quibble I would have is that it did a little while to deliver, but I think we have been so spoilt by next day delivery when you have to wait a little bit, I think it was a week, we can think ooh this is taking a long time! But, I know in future, to order when I get down to my last bag and hopefully will never be without it. I am now planning a kit to take to work so I can take my tea with me! :) thank you Aroma of Shrewsbury, beautiful tea and I am hoping to try some different blends over the next 12 months. Maybe gifts for Christmas!

Easy to use website- Great quality Teas.
We always use Aroma- There is a little niggle I have and that is when ordering online It seems to take quite a while before dispatch so expect at least a week or more to receive. Apart from that our go to for quality reasonably priced teas.

Love this little coffee bean and black tea shop in Shropshire. As soon as you enter the shop. You are met with a beautiful smell off various coffee smells and the odd scent from the black flavoured tea, they have a vast knowledge of what they sell and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my flavoured coffee or tea. An absolute gem of a shop in the heart or Shrewsbury

The Toreador blend we use is truly excellent. We buy the whole beans for use in our bean-2-cup coffee machine.

Occasionally we go to the shop which is lovely to visit but normally we make use oftheir excellent mail order service.

The quality of the coffee is superb and I have rarely tasted better. I would highly recommend trying a few different blends, as their choice is extensive. Five stars.

I have both visited this lovely shop and ordered online several times now. The staff are lovely, the coffee and tea are consistently fantastic and there is such a good range to chose from. My online orders always arrive very promptly and are well packaged. I haven't yet tried every product but I'm working on it!

Fantastic service from Aroma Tea and Coffee. I order my coffee beans and upon requesting to change delivery options, they delivered them the next day to me. Coffee is fantastic, fresh and gives consistent taste and flavour. Love this company and their coffee.

Excellent choice of Swiss water decaff coffee. We love the Guatemala. Easy ordering process and the free local delivery is great. 5 star products with a service to match.

We order regularly from the Aroma coffee website, very easy to navigate, especially with my 'favourites' already stored. Highly recommend this small business. Staff are always super friendly and willing to help. The selection of teas and coffee are great too. We also found their website easy to use over lockdown when we couldn’t go into the shop!

Have used Aroma for several years. Excellent products and prices BUT. Current website worse than the original and had major problems with the last two orders (PAYPAL link not working properly, completed order confirmation stuck in endless loop). Tried to engage with their "digital manager" but after one unhelpful email no further contact from them. Sorry to have to shop elsewhere but I expect reasonable customer service and trouble free websites.

I had been trying to find decaffinated loose leaf Earl Gray tea for years when a friend told me about Aroma. The tea is outstandingly good: best Earl Gray I’ve had anywhere and their service is swift and efficient. I live nowhere near Shrewsbury so buy via mail order. Highly recommended.

I've been buying my coffee beans from Aroma Tea & Coffee since moving to Shrewsbury 8yrs ago; they have such an excellent range, and they are so helpful with friendly advice and good traditional service. Of course, I've tried the other local suppliers but regularly shop with Aroma as I prefer their service and the 'old world charm of their little shop with such a wide variety.

I have been ordering online from Newcastle Upon Tyne and the coffee is always top quality and delivered promptly! Great range of products and great prices!

We've been regular users of the shop for several years for coffee (continental blend) and tea (wonderful loose leaf English Breakfast BOP, and ginger and almond flavoured teas). We've always had very good service and been pleased with the high quality of the teas and coffees.
