As a newbie to loose leaf I ordered sample of Assam Bari (nice) and Earl Grey special (bit disappointing) could barely taste the bergamot - the Twining Earl Grey tea bags were better.
I will be trying other teas from here though.

The quality of the teas is superb, a good clean freshness and taste guaranteed. Honestly this is how tea should be.

I could not taste any vanilla in my tea and felt cheated. Also I think that the tea could have been packaged in airtight heat sealed packets.

I ordered a free sample of green tea and was very impressed with the packaging and the amount of tea, I will be placing my order with you very shortly, I only wish it was going to be a bigger order, I am thourally enjoying it.

Our local tea shop recently closed so we looked in the internet and found the loose tea company. The tea was both good value and quality and the delivery service excellent.

In May I ordered 100g of both Ginger and Turmeric. They arrived within days and the Turmeric is ok. However, the Ginger looks like sawdust, not at all like the lovely cut ginger used in their promotional photo. I sent them an email on 08 May, the day I received them, to say how disappointed I was and I wished to return the Ginger. I had an automated response to say my email had been received but as of today I've had no further response from the Company. I certainly won't be ordering anything from them again.

I just love the organic breakfast tea, so refreshing and good to wake up to and it’s good to know there are no pesticides in it.

Ordering was straight forward. I found what I wanted easily. There is an excellent choice of teas.

The green tea with jasmine petals is delicious. It’s fresh tasting, the best I have tried.
