One star is far too generous.
This company took my £300+, voided every one of my bets without warning, and never returned my money. There was no communication, no explanation, and no resolution.
Absolute thieves!! They went too ambitious with boosted odds to get money from everyone and the boosted odds won, now they don’t have the money to return back. They also canceled the last boosted odds to save their money.
Never had such a bad experience in my life.

Stay clear of Arrow bet ! Ask you to bend over back wards to verify an account. After sending all the asked they keep coming back with an excuse for not accepting documents. Absolutely waste of time.

Signed up for this company, only to be told I’ve been blacklisted straight away. But cannot tell me why? Very suspect and unprofessional. This is a brand new, highly inexperienced operator (run by SCGO Limited) that clearly has no idea how to acquire or retain customers in the UK market.
