I ordered a personalised hoodie at the stall this company held at the halal food festival on 20.08.2023. I was told an email receipt would be sent out and that the order will be sent out via free delivery within 5 days. I received no email receipt and since then I have contacted this company several times by email and Instagram. I have received a response a few times where I have been lied to saying my order will be sent or the matter will be resolved. I sent further emails and messages and did not receive a response. DO NOT TRUST this company. They will make you chase for what you have paid for. It isn’t about the money, it’s principle and this company has failed miserably and has shown how disgusting their ethics are.

Worst place to make a purchase. Me and my sister placed an order with them at the halal food festival. Had a bit of a dispute and apparently they put my order on hold due to the dispute without informing me. Than a week later after multiple messages, I get told my order has been on hold. And since then I’ve not heard a thing. No order or refund. They’ve robbed me and my sister. I think I’m going to take legal action purely due to them doing it to so many other people. Businesses like this should be shut down.

Sent wrong order, took over 2 months for the order to arrive, to realise they sent someone else’s items to us! We ordered in November and now it is May, we are still waiting for the correct order to arrive ! They’re demanding extra payment for the delivery of the correct item!
Would be extremely careful before ordering , don’t think they’re even a company but a single handed person who is so dodgy!
Have had to threaten them with office of fair trading and am probably going to pursue a claim.

Avoid this person as she has set up a fake shop to scam money out of people.

Scammer! Takes your money then you don't receive nothing. When you contact this scammer you don't get any response.
People please be careful. Don't part with your hard earned money with this scammer!!!

Appalling customer service. My order took over a month to receive and my messages were ignored on two occasions. Won’t be purchasing from this seller again. A very important part of shopping is customer service which is lacking with this shop.

Was worried about not receiving it as I read the reviews. But Allhumdulilah I received my order. Was disappointed in how small the bar actually was as it looks way bigger than what was received. It’s over priced as well. But overall the product is a cute gift.

I had ordered on November 5th . And have mailed them many times about the status of delivery as it has crossed a month of time. Till now there is no response from them . Worst experience ever had in online shopping ever . I'm not sure even if they have time to check mails or not . I'm complaining about late delivery and they are sending me mail's regarding rating of product which is lost in black hole with no information. Mind blowing 🙏😅.
