I haven’t received my item which i ordered nearly 2months ago but keep getting ‘review on purchase emails’ sens not making? waste of time ngl

I don’t usually leave reviews for products however, this is an exception. I found ArtbyZakia on tiktok and loved the entire page. I used the shop app to track my order and the process was fairly straight forward. The necklace I purchased was personalised so I knew it would take slightly longer in production. A couple weeks after I ordered, I had a few questions and found the artists email on the app. The response was quick and I appreciated the kind customer service. They kept me updated via email about delivery and any delays caused by the busy period. When I received my order it came in lovely packaging, including a cloth to clean the necklace. I would highly recommend having a look at all the different options she has. You can tell it was made with care, supporting small businesses is always great especially when they don’t fail to deliver!

I still havnt received my order and have got no response on emails.

Placed an order of two items on 12/12/21 and did not receive it. I sent emails, texts, DM’s & posted comments on every platform & didn’t get a response for about a week. The only reason they responded to my email was because I stated I was taking legal action & emailed 12 times a day.

Their email said that they had noticed I had taken a dislike to their business so they had discarded my order and have given me a refund. They also said they’d include my personalised items in a clearance sale although I wouldn’t be able to purchase those specific products 😂😂.

I am very disappointed with the service I got.
I contacted several times about my order but I had no response and I still have not got my order.
I am very disappointed and will never recommend anyone to purchase from here.
I have also asked for a refund and still no reply.

Lmao 💩 company don’t buy from here, been 2 months and still haven’t received anything at all, on top of that she doesn’t respond to any emails or direct messages. Contacted my bank and got a refund. Seen her reviews and comments after purchasing and it looks like she’s scammed a lot of people as well so i hope her site is taken down permanently. Don’t waste your time guys.

Was really excited to received my order but when I emailed 23 days later to ask about the progress, it was cancelled immediately by the seller with no further explanation.

Worst website and fraud!!!!!
Don't ever order from this website they'll take your money for their bloody needs poor people and never send you your items which gonna be fake like this owner👎🏻👎🏻

I am disappointed I want a refund and I don’t want the item anymore.

Har bestilt en halskæde for 3 måneder siden og den er stadig ikke kommet og hvergang jeg skriver til dem siger de den er på vej ellers får jeg en refundering men det er stadig ikke sket

Was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. I ordered two hidden engraved necklaces and the inside “engraving” was very slanted for both necklaces. I didn’t expect it to be so slanted that it was noticeable. When I reached out to the seller, the response was because of the product being “hand engraved” that it’s “not supposed to be perfect”. Then don’t promote your brand as high quality. How can a small business owner be so content in giving their customer such a response is beyond me. Will definitely not be purchasing from this shop again as I had planned to do so. I also ended up buying the product at a higher price as the seller only a couple days later after I placed my order ended up discounting it further anyways. Wasn’t worth the money I paid.

I bought a necklace for my wife. It broke a few days later and i emailed you to ask about it and if there was any way of getting a new one, but i received no response whatsoever.

it’s been two months and i haven’t received my order

I placed my order over a month ago and have since received no tracking number or any sort of information about when it would be sent out. I appreciate that Christmas & New Year are busy times but I was not told this by the company. I am very disappointed with the service as I have just been met with silence wondering whether I have lost my money or if my order will actually arrive. In future I will be taking my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same as emails are also not answered when people were asking what was taking so long with their orders.
