Poor service. Very poor customer service and distribution delays have yet to receive the product so cant comment but despite the fact they charge over $100 for their basic strap they still charge you $12 if you want to return it and also use the United States Postal Service to ship it to you in the first place which is kind of crap.
Great customer service. I read the 3 star review here, but that was not my experience. Maybe they now have different personnel, or changed customer service policies, but my experience was totally positive. Band quality was way above expectations, even under 15x magnification looking for issues! Wears very comfortable. Doesn't dig in like the previous Omega Seamaster GMT metal bracelet, but the bracelet for the Omega GMT is known to suck as my speedmaster's bracelets feel and wear just fine! My strap arrived promptly and was extremely easy to install. I got the FKM sailcloth with easy connect spring bars with the Omega style deployment clasp. Worth every penny! Why customers spend $5K-$15K+ for a watch and then skimp on cheap watch bands is beyond my understanding. BTW, the Omega GMT Seamaster bracelet retails for about $400 so I was not replacing a trash bracelet, but the bracelet on the Omega Seamaster GMT id known to suck and wear uncomfortable which is common knowledge among Omega collectors. I wanted quality and was willing to pay for it. Hope this helps someone.
The strap I ordered was supposed to be fkm rubber white and received a yelowish-cream I asked to refund or exchange the band in due time but in the emails while discusing best solution the 30 days passed and they won’t accept neither refund or exchange. Bad client service. Color doesn’t match. You have to pay customs

You contacted us within our 30-day window and we offered you a free exchange or a refund. We also fully reimbursed your customs and VAT charges on 18 June, the same day you sent us your reimbursement details. So no customs costs were left with you. You chose the refund, and we sent return instructions on 1 July; unfortunately we didn't hear back until 12 August, when you asked to switch to an exchange instead, which fell outside our return window.
That said, we never want a customer left with a strap they're unhappy with. We've emailed you directly to arrange a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

Received my strap within the advertised time frame, and wow, what a strap. Excellent quality! It has transformed my old Breitling, which now looks modern and sharp. These straps aren't cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. Outstanding all round.
