Initial purchase was easy. Ordered nylon and leather strap for omega speedy pro. After arrival I realized I wanted a spring deployant clasp. Contacted customer service to return/exchange and they said I could just buy the clasp and attach to existing strap. Pretty neat! Easy to test customer service.

I got a rubber strap for my Christopher Ward Twelve Ti 40mm and it's far superior to the rubber one that comes with it. UPS lost my parcel but Delugs responded to my concern very quickly and resent my order.

Bought several straps from Delugs - sailcloth, togo leather & ostrich.

They are well made straps that instantly transform the look of your watch.

Will definitely buy more in the future.

I'm really enjoying the comfort of the CTS rubber strap from Delugs. In my opinion the dual lines on the strap are a little busy and take a bit away from the overall aesthetic of the watch dial. On either side of the dual raised lines, there is a shiny/reflective surface. With that said, it is a clean fit on the Tudor Black Bay Pro and has a resemblance of the Omega rubber strap. As a Speedmaster owner, I don't hate that.

The clasp is decent with a little bit of play and doesn't line up perfectly but that's nitpicking and it definitely gets the job done comfortably. As a person that shelled out $600 for the RubberB and Tudor deployant clasp only to be disappointed, I can say as of now this is the only rubber strap on the market specifically fitted for the Tudor Black Bay Pro that has micro adjustment.

The Delugs instructions on how to cut it for the correct fit was absolutely spot on. I didn't trust it and cut less off at first, but in the end if I would have listened to the instructions it would have fit perfectly. I have been on the hunt for an integrated rubber strap for my Tudor Black Bay Pro for a long time and I'm happy to own this solution.

This strap gives the watch a sporty dressed down look which I appreciate. The only thing that would make this product better is if I could install my T-Fit clasp to it. If you own a Black Bay Pro do yourself a favor and just buy it!!

Great product selection, esp for someone with smaller wrists like me. I have bought many straps from Delugs.
If they offered a frequent buyer discount scheme I would rate them 5 stars.
In spite of the rating, they SHOULD offer a level of discount e.g 10% if buy 2 straps, 20% if buy 3 straps.
Most premium brands have more sophisticated Customer Retention/ Reward Schemes and I think it is a bit overdue for Delugs 🤔

Amazing quality straps, I was hesitant at first because of the price compared to other brands but the quality difference is black and white.

They fit your wrist perfectly straight out of the packet not like other brands that require breaking in. Do yourself a favour and pick some up.

My first experience with Delugs began last year when I stumbled upon their store at Raffles Hotel. Since then, I have bought multiple straps from them mainly due to the reasonable price, high quality products and fantastic service from the staff.

I have at least 7-8 delugs straps in my collection and they always hit the mark. What more can I say when I continue to buy again and again and again. Quality is good, service is good and selection is maybe the best around. Buy with confidence!

Never an issue. Shipping was decent from overseas, but adding the US depot made it nice and fast. The leaf spring deployants are very nice; one could wish for some adjustability with them, and you could, I think, get a Fitwell...but that's also getting fairly pricey. The straps have been fine; I'm getting particularly fond of the Delcro straps...just put a desert camo Delcro on my Sinn 556 yellow dial. Looks great.

The quality and variety of their straps is great. I use Delugs straps over the OEM straps on several of my watches.

I had already purchased their CTS adjustable clasp and needed help on just purchasing a strap and they were fast in helping me choose a strap that would fit a 22 mm lug with an 18mm clasp. They offered several options and I chose one that fit my needs. They sent an invoice with no shipping costs. I love their products, now I love their service. Thanks Delugs. You guys are great.

Nice products - I bought a couple of the alcantara straps, which are difficult to find from other strap companies. Shipping was superfast, I got the straps within 2 days. I also had to return some straps due to a fit issue, and the process was seamless.

I made a purchase for my 1675 based on all the glowing reviews, but the final product's color was nowhere near the advertised photo. Customer service was not willing to assist in resolving the matter, stating that it was a result of lighting in their photo. OK, I understand lighting may impact color slightly, i.e., maybe one shade difference, but this was way off. I shared with them a photo that showed the brown was many shades darker than captured on their site. This strap won't ever leave my desk drawer now as even the quality of the leather is subpar, on par with cardboard.
