Honestly, this has been one of the top 3 most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I only wanted to return a strap that didn’t fit and order the correct size. It should have been simple. Instead, every step turned into another argument.

First, they made it sound like I needed to send photos before they would accept the return. After I challenged this, they suddenly clarified that the photos weren’t actually required. Then I had to point out that their policy of deducting the original shipping costs conflicts with EU consumer law.

I returned the item two days after notifying them and immediately sent them the tracking number, proof of postage and photos. About a week later, tracking confirmed that the parcel had been delivered. Despite this, customer service repeatedly told me that their warehouse hadn’t received it. Later, they admitted it had been delivered but said it still needed to be inspected and processed “in batches” before they could refund me.

That is their internal problem, not mine. Under EU law, they can only hold back a refund until they receive either the returned goods or proof that the goods were sent, whichever happens first. They had my proof after two days and the actual parcel about a week later. More than two weeks after I requested the return, I was still waiting for my money. Will you ever refund me or are 140 quid going down the drain?

The worst part is that I had to keep explaining basic EU consumer rights to a company selling to EU customers. Every reply brought another excuse, contradiction or delay.

I actually liked the product and originally wanted to order the correct size immediately. After this horrible experience, I’ve completely lost trust in the company. How can i order again from a company that cheats me through every step of the process? A return should not require this much fighting, chasing and legal research. Spare yourself the nerves and order elsewhere, where you get treated like an actual customer.

Edit: i have received my refund after writing this review. However it does not change my frustrating experience of having to fight for every basic EU consumer right.

Delugs used to be a fantastic company but their growth has unfortunately resulted in a downturn in their customer service support and overall experience. My order was not shipped despite contacting Delugs numerous times about it and there seems to be a lack of communication between the teams whereas in the past it seemed like a very tight and well run business. Shame and I really hope they can recapture what made them so good in the first place.

I've ordered a bracelet 8 days ago and it should have been delivered this week. I've received nothing. Furthermore, the chat support isn't helpfull at all. They promised to send me an update yesterday, but didn't send anything.

It only took 4 days to received my new Navy CTS strap for my Speedmaster Professional. I was anxious at first at cutting the rubber strap but it turned out to be a breeze and the micro adjustment on the clasp was really useful. The quality felt premium. Even my wife gave it a compliment . Highly recommend it.

The quality of the products are unlike what you imagine, the price might seem overpriced, but you’re getting what you’re paying for, definetely worth the money! Customer service were quick to answer my questions too!

Ordered a 'light' grey strap with them, it looked light grey on their website but when i recieved the strap it is not even close to light grey. Their colors don't match or they send the wrong one.

After sending 2 emails to their customer service to ask for a refund they don't even bother to reply on your mails. (mails are send 8 days ago)

Don't do business with these guys, especially when you're from Europe. You have plenty better shops to order straps from.

I recently purchased three watch straps from Delugs and ended up having to exchange them for a size smaller. I worked with Renz and the team to facilitate the return and purchase of the new straps. They could not have been better! Timely, thorough, courteous! Their customer service is exemplary and the watch straps are wonderful. I will not hesitate in purchasing from Delugs again.

Upon going to a Tag Heuer store locally, the manager recommended Delugs for my discontinues Aqua-racer. I found the rubber band i wanted and ordered it. They said we are back stocked until June, now its going to be July until they ship it. Awful experience.

I love it!! I ordered the baby blue CTS intergrated for speedmaster 42mm. Wish the blue is a bit lighter but this is awesome! I enjoyed the soft rubber as well as the mosaic clasp, which is tactile and tight

I am a repeat customer of Delugs for many years....by far the best combination of beautiful watch straps in a wide variety with great price and incredible service. I ordered the Alcantara royal blue strap to go with my Patek Worldtime cloisonne watch and it pairs wonderfully with this watch!

Well you can go ahead with Delugs. The strap arrived in just 3 days (to London, UK) it’s a perfect fit, it’s very comfortable and great quality.

Thanks also for their great customer service who responded to on WhatsApp right away at 10pm !

I just wanted to give a 5 star rating to Delugs all around. I ordered a strap for my husband's watch for our anniversary. It arrived within a couple of days and was even more beautiful than I expected. My husband was thrilled with the gift and it looks gorgeous with his watch. On top of that, we had a slight issue that we shared with their customer service team, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I'm now a customer for life!
