Reached to enquiry about rubber strap for my Deepsea. Although they don’t have what I need but the response was swift and professional.

Excellent customer service. I noticed right before my strap shipped that it was the wrong lug width. I contacted them on a Sunday morning. They got back to me in 10 mins and the problem was solved. This sets them apart.

The quality of the straps are great as always but this time what stood out was the phenomenal costumer service. We just recently moved to a new address and the package was delivered before our arrival and was lost in the process. Jomar from costumer service was super helpful and they replaced my order with no headache and also included the gifts that were included in the original shipment which was a great gesture. Really impressed and appreciate the costumer support!

Then you absolutely must use the Delugs website. I had a bunch of questions that Renz, via the little customer service chat box on the lower right, answered, resulting in my purchase. He even followed up via email to inform me my watch didn't require the additional spring bars I ordered and helped initiate a refund. Tell me you don't want that kind of service.

The product selection at delugs is fantastic! There are a variety of straps with reasonable prices.

I bought a Delcro strap and instantly loved the comfort and infinite adjustability of the strap, as well as it looking great on my watch.

I had an initial (small) gripe in that I noticed a loose thread on the strap within a short time of casual wear. To be honest, I didn't think this was a big deal but I felt like giving feedback to the brand could possibly help future iterations of this product. I was not expecting anything in return and I hadn't planned on writing a review at the time.

To my surprise, Delugs offered to send a replacement to me free of charge with no need to return my strap. This is a remarkable service and a testament to how strongly they believe in the product as well as their care for the customers. It is very appreciated and I will definitely be returning for future straps!

Every interaction has been 100% positive with Delugs. I've received timely response to inquiries and questions. I've received excellent recommendations for straps to match my watches perfectly. The product or straps that I've purchased have been of excellent quality and beautiful. Delugs is thr best by far to purchase straps with. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Delugs is fantastic.

I had typed in a search for "replacement strap for Hamilton Khaki Field Bronze" and they were one of the first few results that came up.

The first thing I noticed is that they've actually curated strap recommendations for a wide number of wristwatches', mine included. Even better they give a description of why their recommendation(s) work with the wristwatch (great for someone who isn't exactly the most fashion forward).

The second thing I noticed is when I went back to their site and looked for straps for my Hamilton Khaki Murph 38mm white dial. I found their new strap finder tool which allowed me to look up my exact watch and then see dozens of strap options on my exact watch (super cool). Of course, this led to me buying my second strap in 3 days, but who's counting :)

Definitely a fan-boy for Delugs.

Beware - the strap finder tool will cause an intense breakout of strap acquisition syndrome.....you have been warned ;)

The team at Delugs was really helpful with helping me select the correct band for the watch I had. The responded very quickly - I was really impressed. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 standard regular size straps including Delugs buckles for my JLC Reverso. Unfortunately the straps did not fit - I think their standard size might be for use with the original JLC clasp only and not with their buckle. When I tried to return they asked me to take pictures which I did. But soon after they told me the straps would show signs of usage (well - i had to put them on to find out they did not fit.) Nevertheless they told me I could resend them back but a fee of 70% might be taken from the refund as well as additional the shipping cost(??!!). 'Luckily' I only spend 180€ on them - which are gone now. Maybe others have better experience but I will not try them again - far to expensive if you don't hit the right size the first time. They communicated promptly referring to their return policy - which is exactly what I want to warn other potential customers about - there will be no refund unless you just return the unopened package (But mayby there is another clause for this too ;) ).

My first experience with this brand was frankly atrocious. Customer service ghosted me after saying they would email me with a follow-up to my request (writing a lower price on the parcel so as to avoid having me pay a large import tax). I ended up ordering anyway since there weren't any good alternatives from other brands that fit my wrist size, only for one of the straps to be in a discontinued stitching style from 2024 and have noticeable QC issues.

Why then is this a 4-star review? Upon my initial negative review, Delugs reached out and offered a free replacement strap after having received proof of the defects. The strap has not yet arrived, so I will update this review again if any issues arise, but it stands true that this brand is dedicated to ensuring that the customer is left satisfied. Needless to say, this could have all been avoided with proper communication and quality control, but it's remarkable that they reached out to right their wrongs in the first place.

As for feedback, I think it's extremely disingenuous to have both the old and new stitching styles in the same stock pool, sold at the same price, as it's essentially a QC lottery for the customer. And this is more of a nitpick, but the customer should always be asked first whether or not they want to create a return order for a defective strap when receiving a new one. This is because, in certain countries such as mine, it's an exceedingly complicated process to package and send goods overseas, to the point where it's better to call it off entirely.

Delugs is fantastic. First of all, they are one of the few third party brands that is extremely trustworthy in putting together quality straps when I or anyone else wanted something different than an OEM strap. On top of that, their price point is very competitive. I looked into a lot of brands for the strap I purchased, and Delugs stood out for sure. I will be honest, at first due to the price point I was somewhat worried about the quality I was going to receive, but I remain contently surprised after having seen my alligator strap age and patina elegantly and well. I will also note that mine ended up being a custom order due to an unconventional lug size, and Delugs nailed the custom sizing on that.

And secondly, I have to mention the exceptional customer service that this brand should be proud to have. Every step of the way, the Delugs team was prompt, efficient, and helpful to answer any and all questions I had. From debating stitching options and strap colors, to inquiring about various spring bars, the Delugs team was always there for me. Their ability to make it seem like you are speaking in person assessing various straps is impressive, and that's definitely something I feel makes the experience of buying a strap online feel more comfortable and natural. Partly due to the timeliness (many times were 5+ emails exchanged in a single day) and partly due to the care, respect, and thoughtfulness of the entire team.

Lastly, I want to touch on the after-sale support as well, as that is really what has locked me in as a customer to return. Just about 1 yr after I purchased my strap, the leather tore in a weird way. I hadn't been abusing the strap, but I did wear it daily for that time period. Long story short, I reached out to Delugs with my thoughts, and they kindly offered a remake, free of charge, as soon as I sent a few pictures of what I was experiencing. Any other brand would have said jokes on you, that's natural wear and tear, too bad buy another. But Delugs clearly has pride in their quality, as they noted to me that even this sort of cross section tear is not expected due to regular use. Lore, the rep whom I was working with, was in touch with me this entire remake process. Somehow she always found a way to respond within the hour :). She facilitated a remake, it arrived sooner than expected, and she was responsive about any and all random questions I had during. And now I'm sitting happy, writing this review with a gorgeous matte green alligator strap on my wrist. Thank you Delugs!

Excellent selection of straps across various leathers, rubber, and sailcloth options. I like very much their recent offering such as the lumed straps and the semi-integrated rubber straps which really do give some watches a very unique look.

Great help. I had entered the wrong email so I couldn't find anything - their support helped me find it very quick.

I buy my straps exclusively from delugs, love the quality and variety of straps available. Not to mention the service from the guys at the boutique, always a pleasure to see the guys when I pop by for my new strap!
