I’m really happy with my purchase! The wardrobe arrived on time, exactly as scheduled. The quality is excellent, the size fits perfectly, and it looks just as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Everything was well-made and carefully packed. I’m completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great furniture and reliable service.

Delivered in quoted time scales, all parts delivered, easy to follow instructions. Both wardrobes look good in place.

Good quality product and good delivery service

We ordered a very large wardrobe. And a small matching drawers. The purpose was to check quality before assembling the larger item.
Upon receipt all looked good. We attempted to put the drawers together but had missing items, bolts and wooden bolts, I obtained the missing items myself, as already had to wait linger than anticipated for delivery. The drawer assembly was over complicated, imo. However when it came to putting the drawers in they did not fit. The holes for the rails were all in the wrong place. In addition the drawers fell apart as you tried to insert.
I tried to get advice from company and they did not believe a word I said. Asked me to produce a level, which I did then they said it was not level, I got a carpenter around and he confirmed they were not fit for purpose. All this time I was told to video the assembly so they could tell me were I was wrong. I got zero refund on the drawers and had to pay 70 pounds to wait 3 weeks to collect and a further 2 weeks for part refund. So I lost 180 pounds in this experience and have to pay for the drawers to be binned as I did not have time to take apart and rebuild with video. As you will notice they never take any responsibility on negative feed back. They delete negative feedback on there own website. I am sure the response to this will be denial or they have never heard of me. There service attitude is like wolf of Wall Street

Great communication prior delivery . The furniture arrived on time and to the safe place as per our instructions. Thank you ! The wardrobe is very solid, high quality and looks just perfect in our bedroom . I highly recommend the Company and the furniture .

No information provided at point of sale, on website, or on product packaging of complexity of self assembly, or an approximate time required to assemble.
Some of the images do not correctly convey the assembly stage, and others are innacurate causing confussion and delays in an already long-winded process.

Fantastic furniture. I managed to build this units myself. A tv unit and a side board. Such great quality. Delivery men were helpful and sent me messages throughout the morning until they arrived. I would recommend this furniture to anyone. Easy to build too

I really like the products sold by Arthauss. They are a good build quality and simple enough to put together.
They lose a star because sometimes, the instruction manuals are incorrect or difficult to decipher but if you've built anything before, you can usually work it out. They also lose a star because the drawer depths are always so shallow even if the drawer fronts are deep. This makes no sense to me. Why would you put a 19cm drawer front with 9cm drawer behind it. Its easily fixed by lowering the drawer rails but probably beyond your normal DIY job.
That being said, its at a great price.

We ordered Arti2 sliding wardrobes from this company and was initially disappointed as we had an alignment issue with the base piece and legs. Communucation with Hubert was very good, and modifications had to be made using an electric drill to make certain pieces fit together. However seeing the end result I must say it was totally worth it. These wardrobes are beautiful with ample storage and they look expensive.

Easy to follow instructions and the very first time I had exactly the correct number of parts and fixings with a self build unit. Everything fitted perfectly and the overall quality is first class. I will certainly use this brand again for future projects.

Delivery was absolutely fine. the instructions are not great at all, so took a long time to put together. The bed now together looks lovely. Marked down one star purely because the instructions were pretty bad.

Very nice cupboards an go well with my room. Wasn’t difficult to make and instructions were easy to follow.

The workmanship and quality of the white Toledo TV unit is excellent. So much so, I returned to order the coffee table, wall unit and sideboard. As well as lighting. All units have so much storage.

Initially my husband found the instructions to set up a little difficult, but once he got into the flow, he became an expert😊

Everything was as ordered. Long delivery date (or though it seemed) but definitely worth the wait. Oh, delivery drivers are the best of them. So courteous and helpful.

All in all a lovely buying experience from start to finish.

Customer service was brilliant when i had questions or issues, furniture is good quality and works exactly as intended, great value for money. Deducting 1 star as the instructions were hard to follow (and the video and manual gave inconsistent instructions) and delivery takes several weeks, but I appreciate that this is because they make and pack to-order. Overall highly recommend
