Quick delivery, great service, glass checked by driver before leaving, good quality product

I've currently paid £589 for a wardrobe the wardrobe has arrived with chips of wood broken every where big holes in it also broken lights I've explained my situation there now trying to offer a 15% refund yes that's right 15% refund for there broken goods they send and I've told them to collect the wardrobe I want my full refund now telling me a single mum with newborn twins to pack a 250kg wardrobe back up in cardboard or they can't take it just totally refusing to refund me I'm now having to take this further and contact my bank as scam!! Do not recommend to anyone!!

Shipping was fine,but the wardrobe isnt as nice as in the photo on tge website, its cheaply made. The screws were all in one bag, which took a while to sort and the assembly instructions were awful, it took 5 hours to assemble with 2 people for a 2 door wardrobe. I wouldn't buy from here again

I found a wall bed which I wanted to purchase, on another supplier’s website. I had a question, and phoned them. Their agent never called back. I found the same product at Arthauss, and ordered it for £400 less. The product is fantastic. The delivery was faultless. I had a question, which their support team answered on the phone(promptly answered, no endless queuing). Received a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied. Wonderful experience!

Would have been 5 stars but base board had slight damage and hubby complained that screws all lumped together in one bag so had to measure to ensure correct ones used at each stage and the instructions were unclear

Speedy delivery and good product as described in the website. It does take more time to assemble than mentioned. Good price compared to the other seller for the same product.

Fast efficient service. End result (gloss Murphy bed) is fantastic especially with LED lights though why both sets for each shelf hasn’t a diffuser beats me! The instructions are not the easiest to follow- we got stuck on one area & wasted too much time on it. But so worth the perseverance.

From ordering and extra stuff the staff where great . Very honest. When I was putting the panels up ,I noticed the fixings where missing. I contacted them and in 5 minutes a response and parts ordered. Not arrived but was giving a time line. Will definitely order again as amazing.

Great furniture delivered on time easy to put together and looks fantastic on the wall.

5 star service and fantastic furnture. I bought a 3 draw cabinet to put inside my wardrobes, it fitted so well i fitted a second one . The wood match is incredible . The quality of the instructions were excellent and the delivery was spot on. one piece of advice. Use a rubber mallet to put it together, a normal hammer may dint the edging . highly highly recommend. They only cost a few pounds

Wardrobe is decent quality and sturdy

Product arrived in the specified time frame and was made of pine wood as specified. Beyond this, the quality of manufacture was poor with pieces not lining up, pegs not fitting in pre-drilled holes causing splitting and the wood frame itself does appear flimsy. The problem is, there's nothing else on the market that looks any better. If only IKEA made these beds, the quality would be much better and everything would align correctly! Not sure if I would shop with Arthauss again.

Good quality piece of furniture for an excellent price. Easy ordering process and fair delivery timeframe and experience. One thing that can be improved is around the instructions and putting together the furniture. All of the screws, dowels and fixture pieces were mixed into one bag so we had to separate and count them. Some of the furniture pieces weren't pre-holed so required guesswork as to where to drill or screw. For the backboard we're not sure why screws were provided instead of nails, which would have been more straightforward. A bonus would have been for the drawers to be soft close. Fortunately we were able to take our time building the cabinet and the finish was really good.

The customer service from Arthauss Furniture is absolutely brilliant. They were really communicative and friendly, helping out above and beyond my expectations. The delivery was on schedule, within the time slot given and by two very friendly and efficient delivery men, despite it being a very early time in the day :) Thanks again, we will be recommending to others and returning when we next need anything!

The Baros TV Cabinet 270cm has completely elevated my living room. It’s sleek, sturdy, and adds such a modern, polished look to the space. The size and storage are spot‑on, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the quality.
On top of that, the supplier’s service was excellent—really helpful and efficient throughout. A brilliant 5‑star purchase!

When ordering it said said it would arrive between the 24/26 February but it arrived 16/4 so was a month after ordering.
I phoned and they said it could be earlier as they had the item in the warehouse but it didn’t.
I won’t order from them again as the warehouse wasn’t even that far from me.

Liked the look of the table in the photos but wow was even better when received and put together.
We did have a couple of issues but the company were very quick to respond when these were raised and everything sorted straight away.
We’ve got the unit in our living room and it looks brilliant - too good to hide away in a bedroom, wish we had room for another!
