The Frisk red sideboard unit was delivered with an incorrect end panel, meaning we have had a half-built piece of furniture whilst waiting for the correct part to be sent.

That has taken more than 6 weeks to arrive, and it is the WRONG COLOUR.

Failures from the suppliers and the retailer - AVOID this company unless you are willing to risk these types of situations.

The reason I’m giving this feedback because I have had bad experiences with their customer service departments. I have called kindly to deliver my order before the due date but they didn’t respond or give any update about delivery. They have received my item on the 11th of March and kept at their warehouse. It’s the 16th of March 2026 no response about any update. On the phone the customer service have mentioned that she will try to deliver the item but it seems she has lied and wants to deliver the item after 19th of March 2026. I have also mentioned it that our EID is on the 19th of March 2026. So if possible to deliver it before the date then I will be so happy so I can decorate my living room. My point is that there is not appreciation. I understand it that customers service has quick in answering calls but not keep the customers happy. I’m very sorry for giving this feedback.

Great communication and great floating tv unit that finishes a media wall off.

Order was delivered on time and with care. Quality is great and very easy to build with the instructions. Strong wardrobe. And great looking.

These guys are good, feel confident buying from them; I'll explain my experience from start to finish.

The Arthauss website is pretty easy to use and has a lot of information about their range of furniture. I was after a 'Murphy Bed' (fold down bed) and I was able to find a small variety of these less than usual items.

I asked questions via their on-line help and the 'bot' was helpful, but also messaged back and forth with a 'real person' who was very helpful. I ask a lot of questions, by the way, I'm a 'detail guy', and when buying something quite expensive you want to make sure you've got exactly what you want, especially if you're buying on line, I found Arthauss were very happy to discuss everything.

Ordering/payment was simple and I was kept in touch very well about delivery (which was on time, and via a really helpful efficient delivery service). Everything was there and in good shape because it's well packed.

I'm very happy with the bed I bought, it's not 'cheap' but it's very good quality, and there doesn't seem to be such a thing as a 'cheap' Murphy bed, they're all dear, and some cost less, but I chose mine because the information I was able to find via Arthauss made me confident that the quality was going to be very good, and indeed it was.

A couple of days after the delivery I received a personal call just to check the delivery had been to my satisfaction and to check that everything had arrived safely, nothing was missing or damaged, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this was the sole point of the call, not to try and cross sell me something (which is all too common nowadays.

Before going for a slightly cheaper option consider the quality and service, eventually these guys are very good value.

Bought the wall bed, single size. Ordering was easy, quickly delivered by 2 lovely guys, everything came as it should no damage correct amount of parts and screws, could do with a little better instructions as to which way up things go but we worked it out bed is comfortable really happy

I’m so pleased with the wallbed - looks classy - is comfortable - and very easy to use. The website is designed well and the online chat very useful. Delivery also good.

Arthauss' customer service in the UK is very good. From that point of view it is worth buying directly from them rather than from a different supplier. I believe that Arthauss are the principal importers of the product.

Their delivery lead time is 3 weeks and the slot for delivery is limited, but they are very friendly.

The product is competitively priced and is made accordingly. Technically they are as easy to assemble as IKEA product. Once assembled they are very heavy and should not be moved around too much as the chipboard/MDF does split on the pins due to the weight. It's a 2 person job to move them around, but I managed on my own.

I'd like to include a photo of the installation here, but I don't see the way to do it on Trustpilot. I was able to fit the cupboards into a space that had just a 2-3 cm gap around the edges, which makes them look almost like fitted cupboards. I'll send a photo to them just in case they can post it here.

I was looking for a unit to go under our tv and found this site, I hadn’t heard of them before but the price looked right so I ordered. I was really pleased with it so I ordered a unit to match, it was the Ava range. It arrived perfectly packaged, no damage and delivery was spot on! I needed to contact the team with a query and the customer service was brilliant! The units were easy to put together with simple instructions and we were thrilled with the result! One very happy customer..would we recommend…absolutely!

Awful experience! Bought a bed that was missing the middle part of the frame to hold up mattress and when I queried it, they said it didn’t come as standard with that bed. How ridiculous! Why would you buy a bed you can’t put a mattress on?? After haggling they said they would send it but they sent the wrong part. 4 months later with no completed bed!

Great experience- good clear website - easy ordering and great communication. Delivery on time and driver was very helpful. Good solid wardrobes - straightforward to assemble and look great. Would definitely use again.

I just wanted to leave a review on the service I’ve received so far. I’m currently in the process of putting my furniture together, but I felt it was important to say how great this company has been.
From regular order updates through to delivery, the service has been excellent. The delivery team booked in early delivery slot with me but they took the time to explain why, they were travelling a long distance across the UK to deliver to me, which I really appreciated and allowed me to get on with the rest of my day as was a early delivery too which was a bonus.
Paul and Dean were genuinely two of the nicest, helpful people. They kept me informed, made sure I was home, explained everything clearly, and handled the delivery with care and professionalism. I’ve dealt with plenty of delivery companies over the years, and these guys are honestly second to none.

Arthauss Furniture offer a wide variety of styles at competitive prices. The delivery crew was super professional and polite, and the proactive follow-up from customer service was a lovely touch.

Excellent throughout. Brilliant correspondence, reasonable wait for shipping, excellent delivery men, courteous, respectful & friendly. Wardrobes are superior than expected, good solid structure, price wise unbeatable, real value for money. You certainly won’t be disappointed 100% recommend

I contacted Arthauss Furniture, with an enquiry about wardrobes. The team replied the next day via email with the answer to my query. Which I think is very good. I purchased the wardrobes and delivery was fast and efficient.
The two lads that delivered them were polite and helpful. I asked them to put them into my garage which they did.
All in all a very good experience. I would recommend Arthauss Furniture, on both price and efficiency.

Everything was easy, simple and straightforward. The icing on the cake was the follow-up, courtesy call. I have never experienced that before and it really made me and my custom feel valued.

Really great communication from the company, straight forward order, called to let me know when it was coming, delivery guy's were great 😃 really good quality wardrobe very well made. The instructions could be better, if you have never built anything before get someone to do it. Called to see if we were happy after delivery 😁 really good service from this company 100% recommend.
