Great bed and delivery
Ordered small double bed to use for carers or family staying to look after my ill Mum.
Arthur the delivery driver was fabulous and bought everything up to the 4th floor in the lift - most helpful at a stressful time.
Bed comfy too! Very pleased.

Lack of response from customer service
Things started out great got the bed and all was fine no issues. Fast forward to now and we have an issue with the bed we’d like to discuss and I’ve had no reply. We have a defective bed and I’m 4 weeks post C-Section (major abdominal surgery) sleeping on a bed that has a fault (far from ideal). I first reached out on 28.9.26, I then sent the same email again on 2.10.26 as the website said 24 hours for a response which was more than exceeded. I’ve now just filled in the contact us form on the website. So far the customer service has been a real disappointment as I'm nearly a month into raising my support request and heard nothing and from other reviews on here it seems I’m not the only one having this issue.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase! The bed is beautiful, great quality, and very reasonably priced. It exceeded my expectations, and I’m very pleased with my choice.
I would also like to give special thanks to Shiva, the delivery driver, who was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. He kindly helped me place the boxes in a safe spot, which meant a lot to me as I’m pregnant and have a young child at home.
The communication throughout the delivery process was excellent. I was kept updated about the estimated delivery time by phone, text messages, and email, so I always knew what to expect.

I was delivered a damaged item
I was delivered a damaged item. I have sent two emails with pictures and tried to call numerous times. They called me back once but I haven't heard from them since. I also filled out their online form and sent a message on Instagram but their Instagram account doesn't allow new message requests from anyone.

2nd time of ordering furniture in a few weeks. Excellent Quality, well packaged, easily tracked and on time. My driver Shiva was wonderful. 2 packages were very heavy but he brought them into the hall for me and laid them safely and out of the way. Lovely polite smiling man. It's nice to see someone so cheerful! Last delivery assembled myself (female aged 70) found it easy with clear instructions and perfect alignments. Not done this one yet and have high hopes this is as good. Very happy customer 👍 edit... Wardrobe with drawers just assembled, struggled a bit with the weight standing it up but all done and looking smashing! .. Easy peasy... 😁
