Kyle Boyd was extremely responsive to my emails and was really attentive to my case. He sent out samples, reached out to get a quote on my project and was very cordial. My project didn't end up working out, but I'll definitely go to Artificial Turf supply when I work it out with the wife!

The product was good as expected, and all parts arrived in the shipment. However, it was painful dealing with the shipping company that they use. We were promised delivery on three different occasions, only to be let down. Phone calls were not returned either. Eventually it got delivered, but if this company wants to have satisfied customers, they need to address the shipping issues.

Artificial turf supply was above and beyond. The product that we used was flawless. We installed it for our toddler playground and the turf is so soft for their knees. ATS also connected us with a local installer who did a great job. We are very happy. Thank you Megan!
