Great product, good and fast customer service
My turf arrived very quickly and the quality was as good as the sample. I didn't realize that you needed spikes to keep the turf down and sand to put on top. I sent the company a request and Kyle responded to my questions quickly. He told me exactly what I needed to complete the install. Great customer service from this company.

Kyle in particular went above and beyond.My thoughts on how your service could be improved is by having someone come out to measure for the turf and to see the layout of the project. On my particular project, I had to find a different installer than the one you recommended because they didn’t have small enough equipment to fit into my yard. I liked how prompt they were in delivering me samples and also when I ordered I was trying to convey a time of when I needed it by. Unfortunately it was shipped before I needed it but they responded and took it back till I needed it and saved me time and money so I was glad about that. The instructions on there site for install also was helpful.
