Worst Customer Service
After placing an order back in January we still had yet to receive our product (a rug) come May. May 1st we cancelled our order and got confirmation and said we would be refunded 7-10 business day. It’s now almost July and still nothing. I’ve called and left messages because you never get anyone on the phone, emailed the service provider Megan who gave us the confirmation several times and no response back and even emailed customer service several times and nothing. Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from them. If I could give no stars I would.

I am not one to place reviews, but in this case, I am compelled as I’ve never experienced anything like this.I ordered a rug in January. It is now May And no rug.Supposedly my rug is on backorder. I requested a refund and since then have been ignored just like everyone else. I’m curious if anyone has received their order in full? It seems that this company is a scam.
They owe me $861 and have gone silent!
I ordered a plant on March 23,2025. I quickly noted that I made the wrong selection and both left a phone message and emailed customer support to cancel that order and that I would be replacing it with a new order. They emailed the next day offering a credit and for the $861 balance be applied to my new order,. I promptly replied that I already made the new order so kindly requested a refund ( the new order was higher value, for what it's worth. After requesting the refund, I have not heard back from the company. I have called and left detailed messages providing the info they request to get a reply about five times and never received a reply. The online chat system is a joke. I have tried to chat with them over 10x and in all but one of those, they are 'conveniently' offline. They say they will respond when they get online but they never did. The one time they were not offline, I waited perpetually for an agent to respond. No response. I have emailed customer support over 5x and no response since the original credit offer. They owe me $861 and have gone silent!
Ignore You After Taking Your Money
I paid in full for my order in August 2024 (AP97685), but it’s now May—over seven months later—and I haven’t received my order or a refund despite multiple attempts to contact the company. They initially said my items were backordered, but now they’re ignoring my emails and calls.
This company is scamming people. Notice how they only reply to those that can still file a chargeback. If your order was backordered they will completly ignore you and even try to get your review taken down instead of helping you. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

They charged us $334.52 for a product we never received, and after months of complaining they said they would refund and we are still waiting for the refund and they are ignoring every email we send. I have tried calling several times, messaged a dozen times on the live chat, and they are either conveniently “unavailable” or “offline” every single time. I have never encountered worse customer service. DO NOT NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a 9x12 aria yellow rose lagoon…
Ordered a 9x12 aria yellow rose lagoon area rug beginning in January. Took 6 weeks to arrive. After 2 months the design on rug is wearing off on traffic areas. Looks like the design was silk screened on rug.Reached out to customer service and was told couldn’t return it. They have a 14 day return policy.
They sold a defective rug and there is no recourse. DO
NOT ORDER from these people.Pretty hard to tell if design on carpet is going to wear off in the first 2 weeks.Was an expensive area rug and definetly not worth the money.They reply very quickly,by the next day if they have a negative review though.

Never got a refund or the product!
Ordered over $1000 worth of plants. Took forever to get any tracking from them. Finally received a few plants. When asked when the rest were coming they told me it was a 6 month wait! I asked to cancel the order since it was for the opening of my business and needed them sooner. They agreed to refund.
5 months later, still no refund ( they owe over $700). They have ignored every email and call.
I am beyond furious.

Absolute worst customer service. Planter came cracked. They offered a discount which I approved. It’s been months of hounding them with no refund.

Same. Ordered a plant and the pot came in the wrong color. So I tried to exchange it. They asked if I would just keep it for a discount and when I said I just want to exchange they have now ghosted me. I was also dealing with Megan. Company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY from them
Awful Experience
Purchased two 8' plants and two large planter pots back in September 2025. Pots came in a decent time, however the two 8' plants finally arrived in March 2026 after multiple pushback from their customer support stating it would be "this month or a few more weeks, etc."
Once I assembled the two plants and followed their instructions on bending the stalks, both plants broke at practically the same place. I sent a note to their customer service and sent photos as requested and then had to follow up 5 times via email and have left multiple voicemails. They offered me 20% off to keep the broken items. I said no, and now the ghosting has continued. Still waiting on a resolution.

Do Not Buy from This Company
Like many of these reviews, my order was "back ordered," and never arrived. After 4 months I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. After a month I was told that the refund would be issued within 5-10 business days. Two months and 4 e-mails later I have been totally ghosted by Megan and the company and have not received any information or the refund. Horrid customer service!

No update for order AP101967 after several days. When I did reach out I received a timely response stating my order status would update in 24-48 hours. Once that time had elapsed and no changes occurred I requested a status update 3 times and haven’t heard back. I will most likely request a refund and possibly a chargeback if I get ignored for that request.
It’s been 2 hours since they said I would receive a response to my status update shortly after their reply and still nothing. If you can’t even give me an update, then you might as well just issue a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from you.

We received 2 of 3 plants. They are "OK". The third is lost in space. The 1-855 number does NOT work and a bot replies to you but not often. I'm worried we just lost our 3rd tree at $200....I'd say STAY AWAY

Still waiting for refund
I am hoping there will be a positive outcome to my experience with Artiplanto. I am still waiting for a refund for my cancelled order, there has been no response to my emails for the last two weeks apart from an automated message asking to rate their customer service! If I receive my money back I can at least inform other customers of this.

WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! i ordered 2 trees early July 2024. I waited till Nov. and contacted them, they informed my trees where on back ordered and choice something else. I din't find any I like and asked for a refund. in Early Dec. Finally after more than several emails with no reply they finally returned by email. They contacted me and said my order was cancelled Feb 24th, but no refund as of today and it March 16th. It should have -10 on rating

Bought several times from this company. Have 4 tall 7.5 and 6.5 Bird of Paradise plants and topiary, a table plant. Different planters and this last ordering have been a nightmare. I first placed my order in January 2025 and it was very difficult to get any assistance as some of the items were apparently on back order and would not be arriving till summer etc and basically takes weeks!! to get any response to make any progress. I tried calling numerous times, leaving messages, I tried their website chat-just stays there ignored-none a response. Emailing and it has been 2 weeks now since I last received a reply from them. They currently sitting with funds they owe me for a return (300+) and I have been trying to get assistance with them to just transfer my money to another item I wanted they first said would not be in stock till summer (this was in January) but since we are now in March I figure would be easier but NO RESPONSE. IT'S LIKE DEAD. My chat still showing when I go on the website to check...No response to any of my chat attempts since January 23/2025!!! I did get an email March 3/2025 acknowledging my email stating I had just dropped off a topiary for return. It was delivered March 6/2025 and cannot get a hold of anyone by their business phone#, their website chat or email.....TERRIBLE. This is my 4th or 5th order from them, always great before, even left them a positive google review. It's like not the same company anymore. Headaches to get anything done.
Update: I did get a reply finally that they had no firm date when the item that I was interested in purchasing would be back in stock so I replied back asking for a refund of my funds in this case and that I will just keep an eye on this particular planter from time to time to check if it's back in stock. I have now received my refund.
