I wish I read these reviews before I made a purchase. FIRST, it took forever to receive shipment. SECOND, they delivered the wrong plant. THIRD, customer service made empty promises about my correct order being set out. FOURTH, customer service barely kept in contact with me. FIFTH, after over 10 emails trying to get my correct order, I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge and Artiplanto tried to say that I was being impatient. It had been 4 months at this point. Thankfully PayPal ruled in my favor and I received a refund.

I ordered a plant online, it looked good in the photos. When it arrived it was clearly cheap quality. I thought for the price I would get something looking half real; this looked like Dollar Store product. They refused to allow me to return it with a full refund, and then began ignoring my communications. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Winners, Homesense, all better quality and far cheaper

AWFUL COMPANY!!! SCAM!!! No response from several emails to find out where my order is... i was sent a Fedex tracking on the 2nd of Feb - nearly a month ago. tracking has never been updated, no response to my emails. i have reported this company to my bank, still nothing.

Looking at the other terrible online reviews, I realize that I am not alone at all in receiving the worst customer service possible from Artiplanto.
I ordered a rug 12/15/23 and I never received the item. It took multiple emails and instagram dms to get a response, with VERY slow response times, with promises of shipping the item soon. Beware that they are saying “production and shipping are currently taking an additional 2-3 weeks,” but when that timeframe passes they are still not shipping the item, although on the website it deceivingly states that “in stock items are delivered in the US in 5 days.” They responded and told me they’d give a 10% discount for the inconvenience, yet I never received that discount in the waiting period. I decided to cancel my order after waiting months for a simple order update, and still have NOT received a refund (my order was canceled on 2/23/24). Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. They have basically “borrowed” my money over the past few months with zero response or indication of shipping my item. This process is very sketchy and not a safe/reliable option to spend your money.

I have placed an order on November 29 (order AP99793) and on December 12, i got an email saying it would take an additional 4-6 weeks. Sent an email in January and after two emails, got told it would take at least 3 more weeks. In February, I got tired of this waiting game so I decided to cancel my order on February 2, no response. I had to reach out on Instagram for them to reply to my email and I was told by Megan it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund. Now 2 weeks later, still nothing and nobody is answering my email/instagram….

The worst service in history!!
I placed an order in November, never received part of my order. Called multiple times and emailed, finally was told that item was backordered so I cancelled it. 3 months later I still have not received a refund and am no longer getting any response from the company! Never order from Artiplanto!!!

A couple days after I posted this review, sent an email detailing my entire ordeal, and posted reviews on their website, I got notice of an order being sent. Lo and behold, I think my cries were finally answered. Order AP98515 was finally sent, and I waited until I received it to confirm it was indeed a nice plant before updating this review. Ironically, it was also the original plant I ordered. Not the one they offered to replace it with. The saga from 10/5/2024 was finished on 2/28/2025.
HOWEVER, order AP98102 has STILL not been refunded. Will update when I eventually get an answer on that.**

I placed two orders with Artiplanto, and they’ve failed to refund one and fulfill the other. Their “customer service” is a cycle of ignored emails, empty promises, and shifting goalposts.
Order AP98102 (9/14/2024): I requested a refund. They claimed they would process it but never did. I realized on 2/16/2025 that I was still out the money.
Order AP98515 (10/5/2024):
- I followed up on 11/20/2024: Told my order was delayed until December.
- Followed up again on 12/10/2024: Told it still hadn’t arrived but I could choose from available stock.
- Emailed 12/12/2024 asking how to proceed: No response.
- Followed up 12/30/2024 for an arrival date: Told it would now be February or March.
- Asked about choosing ready-to-ship stock again: No response.
- Followed up 1/4/2025, 1/15/2025: Ignored both times.
- Finally got a response on 1/24/2025 with stock options.
- Confirmed my selection on 1/29/2025: Silence ever since.
Meanwhile, they’re publishing new reviews on their site for the exact plant I ordered—so either they’re lying about availability or the reviews are fake.
At this point, I don’t even want the plant—I want my money back. If you like getting ignored, lied to, and scammed, go ahead and order. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a plant on January 04, 2025
Credit card charged on January 04, 2025.
This was irrespective of the fact that it was known by Artiplanto that the item was not in stock. This was not communicated to me until I followed up looking for delivery of the plant on January 13th. Was then told that possible delivery would be May 2025. I cancelled the order in accordance with Artiplanto Company Policy.Told that refund would be within 10 business days …which was Tuesday 11th. Refund still outstanding and no responses to emails or phone calls.
This is not how a professional company operates.
Take your money and don't deliver the product
I ordered and paid for two items on July 21, 2024 which I have not received. In the fall of 2024 when I sent emails asking about status I would get a quick response about a delivery date several months out. Two weeks ago I started asking for a refund. Since Jan 29, 2025 I have sent 3 emails, called once (voice mail), sent an Instagram message, and a LinkedIn message and received NO response.
Although their webpage and social media appears to be active it seems that the business may not be operating?
I did receive some of my order from them the summer of 2024, however, BUYER BEWARE they have $460 of my money and it looks like they can't deliver the product and won't give my money back. Ordering from Artiplanto is risky, like gambling, you may be throwing your money away. (assuming they are still a going concern)
Feb 14: Update
On February 11th, I posted this review. On the same day, I also wrote comments about my experience on one of their Instagram posts (which they removed and then blocked me) As well, on LinkedIn I tried to connect with the Artiplanto founder Alexandru Popa and Pedro Capitao de Salles (Training, Customer Experience and Quality Assurance Manager) indicating in my note the issue I was having with the company. As of the date of this update, neither of them has accepted my connection request.
On Feb 12, Artiplanto responded to my comment on their Instagram post asking for my order number, which I provided again. They checked with their refund team and I received the following reply from the company on Instagram: “ I have confirmed with them (the refund team) the refund will be processed within 24 hours. Can you please remove the review as we actively solve this”. I told them I would amend my review once the refund was received. I had read other Trustpilot reviews, and it seems like promised refunds don’t materialize.
The 24 hours has passed and I have received no refund and they are not reading or responding to my Instagram messages. Why would any company treat an customer like this? So again, buyer beware.
Customer service do no respond and no phone number
Have emailed them multiple times to make a large order and to find out stock quantities first. Sent 5 emails now over the space of 3 weeks and not 1 single response. What is the point in having a nice glossy website with seemingly good products when your customer service cant back that up by responding to sales enquires. Basic stuff.

Refund Scam
Ordered multiple snake plants which were continuously delayed. When they arrived they quality was not what we expected so I reached out to customer service and spoke to Megan (in September 2024). She agreed to refund and I sent back the plants. Since then we have been ghosted by Artiplanto and Megan. I have called, emailed, commented on IG posts and DM’d their IG. Their instagram has promised it will be resolved but nothing.
DO NOT buy from this company! I wish I saw reviews before we purchased.

Do not buy from Artiplanto, unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars with no product. I ordered two rugs from them in early December, both never showed up. I finally got a response from the company one month after placing the orders (the response came after leaving a voicemail with their phone number online), saying neither of them were in stock, despite one being a “Second Love” rug, that supposedly was a category of rugs that were made for another customer, and cancelled before shipment. So you’d think this would just be sitting in their warehouse, ready to go. The other order was for a large 9x12 rug, which I learned was also not in stock, and would be another 2-3 weeks before shipment. I requested to cancel both. Jan 3 they cancelled my orders and quoted 3-10 business days for a refund. I never received either refund, and have had to proceed with a chargeback through my credit card company.

SCAM ALERT!!! This company is nothing but a scam!! I wish i had seen all the reviews before!! I ordered one succulent tabletop with few artificial flowers! At first they sent me the succulent tabletop only and it was sent via UPS and it was lost for few weeks! I sent them an email and no response from them!! Then i was waiting for the flowers and after that i contacted them with email multiple times and someone named Megan responded me back saying there flowers are discontinued and out of stock! I have to choose something else! I requested for a refund! And no response after that ! They are not receiving my calls , not responding in my chats not responding in my emails! Now i got an email today saying that they are going to refund me 43 dollar but instead they charged me again 43.20 today!!! What a scam this company is!! Please do not order from this scam!! I am literally shocked how they can charge me again!!? Instead sending me my refund! This is absolute nonsense! I only did this order because of boxing day sale! Do not trap for this company people!! ITS A SCAM!!

Like a lot of these reviews that I wish I had seen before placing an order, I placed an order about a month ago and had not heard from them, it had not shipped, so I asked for a status update. Mind you -I- had to contact -them- to ask what was going on. I dont know how long it would have been had I not reached out if ever. The order was canceled due to "items not in stock" (then why was it not reflected on the website in the first place?), but a refund was not issued. Since then, I have tried calling a couple times and emailing back, and I have gotten no response. It's unacceptable. Companies like these make people hesitant to buy private party outside of amazon or etsy, which is a real shame. It destroys the reputation and trust for actual good small businesses. Because unfortunately at least with amazon or etsy, if there's an issue there's some amount of accountability.

I ordered a $513 rug on January 1st, but it never arrived, and I was never informed of any delays. I contacted customer service to cancel the order since it took them so long to deliver. They assured me that I would receive a cancellation email and a refund within 7-10 business days. However, I’ve received neither the email nor the refund, and the rug is still missing. Now, I can't seem to get a response from customer service at all.
