We're sorry that you wrote a review before reaching out to us first. Consequently, we were not aware of your situation.
To start with, we have checked our system and see that you placed an order on the 3th of February. On the 4th of February, you received an e-mail confirmation that stated that results are visible after 48 hours (6th of February). The reason you have not (yet) received an e-mail about completing your order is that we have awarded your order more streams (+ 500) as a sign of goodwill.
Moreover, we would like to inform you about the way we work. When you place an order with us, regardless of size, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the following information; "We just processed your order in our system. Please be advised that it can take up to 48 hours before it takes effect". We use the 48 hours to prepare your campaign and after you start seeing results.
Finally, we are always transparent in the way we work (see received e-mails). In the future, if you experience any issues with an order you can reach out to us via support@artistbooster.net.

On the 4th of February, you received an e-mail confirmation that stated that results are visible after 48 hours (6th of February). The current status of your order is 'Done: 2,928 and Todo: 2,572'. In other words, we don't understand your complaint about losing Spotify followers because you didn't order any with us?

Scam -> resolved
Oplichter. Scam. Levert niet en reageert niet. Politieaangifte gedaan. Werkte eerst onder de naam Streamko en nu onder de naam artistbooster.net
Big fraud and scam. Doesnt deliver and doesnt respond. Reported to police. First worked as Streamko and now operates under artistbooster.net
Update:
I see your response now here and all I want to say is: guy, stop wasting our time. You have a zillion bad reviews for your previous "service" and now you changed the name cleverly. If you pick just a random piece of text from your website and google that, you find a zillion of copies of the site which in the meantime all have been taken down. I have ordered streams that were neverdelivered. Contacted you and never got answered. Your site didn't have a valid address. Same as your new website which completely lacks any address data on the contact page.
Update 2: I provided Stream KO/Artistbooster my phone number and we had a most friendly chat with a promise of a refund and contact through whatsapp immediately after the phonecall on follow up actions. Both of these didn't happen.
Update 3: After multiple communication issues the matter has been resolved now
