We had used artist booster to increase followers on Spotify in late 2021 We didn’t want large increases, so we first. bought 250 followers for about $60 to make sure it worked. Three days later we saw followers increase slowly to 250. We bought another 250 for $60, then 500 for $95. Same thing. little by little. We got 1000+ And when we messaged Artist Booster (AB), they responded promptly. So at that point I would have given them 5 stars. But decided to buy a few more followers this year (2022). I wanted to buy 500 for $95. And when I put the order through using Apple Pay, the site said the payment had failed. I checked Apple Pay to see what card was linked; everything wasfine. I tried again. it failed again. So I tried buying 1000 followers for $145 thinking maybe there was a glitch in the 500. Got the same message. So I thought it was my card or Apple Pay. THEN I saw BOTH payments had gone through. 95 plus 145. So I wrote to them telling them. and saying that I didn’t want both of them because I didn’t want to get that many followers at once. But most of all concerned about those payments going through. I said I really only wanted the 500. No response. I wrote again. No response. I wrote several more times. No response. That was on their website. I tried writing to them on the email address that I had when they wrote to me. I wrote three or four times. No response. So I had paid for 1500 followers. At that point I think they gave us a couple hundred followers. But within several weeks, our follower count dropped by 1400. Every follower that they had added was taken away. I assume because they were fakes. I am grateful that we weren’t reprimanded by Spotify. I did a chargeback with my bank and got some money back. But I was really disturbed at being absolutely ignored by them and I don’t know what that whole thing was where it said the payment didn’t go through. However it’s hard not to think that it was done purposely. I’ve been in the music business for many years, and I think preying on young, hopeful, often broke artists who are just trying to make it, by promising what you can’t deliver is gross and cruel. Musicians have such a hard time as it is. Pretty soon there won’t be much music worth listening to.

At first we thought artist booster was legitimate. We paid to get some new Spotify followers, and we did get them for a while (albeit slowly). But we just lost over 1000 of those “followers” over the last 28 days. So you can safely assume these are not organic followers. I can only guess these were fake accounts, and a huge swath of them have been deleted. They also failed to deliver last time we used them, and we had to do a charge back. Bad news. Shady company.

Great Service for Any Artist!! I was a little Skeptical but Ash from Artist Booster killed all that with great communication throughout my iTunes Campaign and my single ended up in the Top 100 for 3 days!! Look no further!

They did what they said. They sold more than what I anticipated. I made it into the charts. I also qualified for a iTunes plaque. The service is not a scam. They take a little bit to get back to you, but they are in Europe so there is a time difference. After you pay you can tracks the units sold. The site isn’t working now so I hope they didn’t stop because they are legit.

Before the service was booked everything was fine. They answered my questions via WhatsApp. After paying the service for over € 1000, nothing more. No more emails were replied to, no WhatsApp, simply no more reaction.

p.s. They react to a bad rating here, but not to the requested email later. do not be fooled.

Never replied to my emails and didn’t provide what I paid for. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company.

I never received nothing I order may 28 2021 it’s June 5 2021

I stumbled upon Artistbooster via Google Search. A little hesitant about the validity of their service, I decided to try out the 1,000 plays per song, with the US as the main country, for $7.

Over the course of 2 weeks, I received around 600 plays. After that, it completely stopped.

My order was placed April 29, 2021. I am writing this on May 24, 2021. I have been trying to email and get into contact with one of their chat associates (via their service chat by tawk.to) on their website but still to no avail.

In essence, they delivered half of the promised product, and have ignored all my requests since.

Be careful with these guys. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Placed an order over 10 days ago and to this day I have received no response when this order will start.
I had purchased iTunes purchases, no idea why this should take so long.
This does not seem like a reliable company to me.
The only communication I received was an email that this was going to take 2 to 3 business days.
A standard email where they even forgot to fill in my name.
Would like to see a solution soon.

UPDATE

After several emails with the support department, my campaign has been launched. Two weeks later.
At first, I had great doubts about the company, but they have completely shown me that they can be trusted.
My campaign has now ended and was a great success.
I am thinking of working with them again.
One point for them to work on is communication at the start of the campaign.
Nevertheless, I would like to revise my first review.

I really like this company and all they provide for Artists and Labels. Unfortunately sometimes the communication is a bit off schedule but they always bounce back. Once the communication gets better I believe this company will soar.

Most of my Artist Booster engagements went without a hitch. Did have a recent one that was never fulfilled which lowered my grade
