My chair arrived broken
My chair arrived broken, the shipping bracket broke and put deep gouges in the base. A piece that seem cast was completely snapped. Still waiting for a response and replacement for faulty equipment

The chair in itself does not have enough padding in the seat and back areas . The various rollers in these areas instead of relieving pain in these areas only add to the discomfort. Delivery was a mess to say the least. After ordering I requested white glove delivery and the delivery service dropped the chair off in front of the garage. I notified them that i had paid for white glove service($284) so they picked up the chair and set the delivery day the following Tuesday. Only one person delivered the chair on Tuesday and it was difficult to communicate with him because he did speak any English. After getting the in my home and he was getting ready to leave I pointed out to him the scratches he created on my hardwood floor but he just shrugged his shoulders and left

Pay for the better, more comfortable chair.
Ordering and delivery went smoothly. The massage chair isn't as comfortable as expected. The rollers don't move smoothly and are quite jarring when they are rotating. At certain areas, the rollers actually hurt. Also, the airpressure by the shoulders hardly touch mine( 5'3 is my hight) and the air pressure at the legs don't deflate when finished with the massage making it difficult to take them out of the grip it has on them. Overall, I like the chair, but don't love it.
Update:
The response to this review doesn't offer me any way to get in contact with someone to help on the matters mentioned.

Think twice before purchasing these

the chair arrived with the pump cracked & also visible tears in the chair .. the actual assemble process was terrible took me 2 hours by myself i will say the parts & bolts are very cheaply made . the chair doesn't feel secure
