This website is a scam. Placed an order with them back in December, never received a confirmation, never received any response when I reached out to them, and surprise surprise no parcel.

I successfully claimed my money back from the bank, and now the scammers are under investigation by the police for fraud so I hope you see this and enjoy your fraudulent earnings whilst you can because I guarantee once you get caught you will be paying every penny back and more and your names will be blasted all over social media. Hope it was worth it 😘

I ordered on December 4 2025, it is almost Christmas and I have not recieved no shipping tracking number. All I see when I track my order that it is still processing. I emailed and even sent messages to their account on ig and no response. They are very unprofessional and I think they are scammers. Will be requesting my money back from the bank. And this order was supposed to be going to the states so I gave them a grace period but now it’s taking too long.

Terrible terrible service. After placing an order they never delivered and they would not reply to my emails. So ignorant and disgraceful service

I ordered a bikini in July it did arrive after about 4 weeks but was too small they said I could return and they would send out a bigger size. I retired using 1st class track and signed and that was 1st August and not this day still bikini have sent numerous emails but you get no reply. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SITE.

I ordered a bikini on July 9th & paid for next day delivery & still to this day (26th August) iv not received anything. Iv reached out through many of things including social media with no response.
I paid through Klarna & the company refunded £1 to make it look like they gave a refund but they didn’t. Please be aware ladies

Placed my order 2 weeks ago and didn’t hear anything until about a week n half later I had to message on Instagram about 20 times before heard a response, thankfully they replied and my bikini arrived, which is in amazing condition.

Scam!! Do not order from this company, they are a bunch of scam artists!! I made an order 10 days ago and I still have not received my item. The shipping stated 1 to 2 days yet nothing has arrived. I managed to track my item via Royal Mail and they said I have to go and collect my item from the depot and also pay for my order as the retailer didn’t pay for the correct shipping rate. Fraudulent shit!!!

I paid £50 inc postage for the Vivienne Westwood pearl necklace and earring set. I was a little apprehensive after reading other reviews, but my item arrived quickly (2-3 days) and I'm actually really impressed with the quality. You can tell its not 100% authentic but a very good dupe. The chain length, orb length, and necklace weight even match that listed on the official website its just the back of the orb and close up inspection of the crystals which gives it away. Really impressed! I would recommend this supplier.

Hello, I placed an order on your online site 2 weeks ago. I paid extra for express shipping and I haven't received my package until today! I have already contacted the UPS service because they are responsible for the delivery of my package. They told me that the tracking number is invalid and they cannot tell me where my package is at the moment. Please send me a new tracking number. Before we have to clarify this legally and I demand all my money back!!!

The quality of the Christian Dior bikini (blue/orange) is amazing. My bikini came in 13 days rather than 2, However I found it was best to contact customer service through their instagram as you get more efficient response rather than via email. They were very helpful on that platform and apologetic about the delay.
