Superb service
The work (boiler replacement) was carried out efficiently and the operative's knowledge was excellent. Disruption and mess was kept to a minimum and the job was finished on schedule. Replacing condemned boiler with a new Combi Boiler
Arton sent out someone to give us a quote on the same day as British Gas (BG) condemned our boiler. The quote was competitive compared with BG and they were able to install the new combi boiler within a week of us accepting the quote. The heating engineer and his apprentice arrived on the day and time arranged and they were tidy, protected the carpets and always considered our safety. They completed the work within the 3 days allocated and left the house free of all debris. They showed me how to operate the HIVE system and left me with the documentation. The service was excellent. We could not expect better.

First annual service
Just had our first annual service on the boiler Arton installed last year. Engineer Jonathan arrived promptly, carried out the service and gave us further advice regarding how to regulate the water temperature. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you.

Installation of air conditioning
We had 4 air conditioning units fitted by Callum who was very professional, polite & friendly. Callum cleared up any mess that was created before he left.
The air conditioning units are even better than we expected.
An exceptional service, as normal, provided from requesting a quote to the final installation. I highly recommend this company.

Air conditioning installation
We recently had air conditioning installed in our home by Arton Plumbing & Heating and, overall, were really pleased with the service we received.
Kian, the engineer, was excellent throughout. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain the installation process clearly. When a few unexpected issues arose, he was proactive in looking for solutions rather than simply highlighting the problems, which we really appreciated. Everyone who attended the property was professional, helpful and respectful of our home.
The only reason I haven’t given five stars was because there was some confusion around the initial planning of the installation. When the job was originally quoted, it appears that consideration hadn’t been given to the need for a lift to access the top-floor installation, or the fact that the positioning of another unit above the stairs would require a specialist stair ladder. Unfortunately, this resulted in some delays that potentially could have been avoided with a little more planning at the quotation stage.
That said, the way everything was dealt with afterwards was very good. Communication with Arton themselves has been excellent, including when we were informed there was a shortage of trunking. They contacted us first thing to confirm that they would return to complete the remaining work as soon as the trunking becomes available, which was reassuring.
Overall, a very positive experience. The quality of service from Kian and everyone who attended was fantastic, and the communication from the company has been excellent. I would happily recommend Arton Plumbing & Heating.

We went for a local company and did our research.
Arton came out as our preferred option.
Due to the ridiculous weather we've had over the summer, Arton were obviously very busy and we had to wait a bit for our air conditioning to be fitted.
If they're busy, they must be good.
Correct, definitely good.
We had two very nice, polite and well presented young men turn up and start work.
The units were fitted and no mess left behind.
The guys just got on with it, I would suggest that the offer of coffee and cold drinks kept them going, but I think they'd have done the same job without the beverages.
Callam and Harrison are a great team, as I said, polite and well presented in clean uniform.
The vehicles they arrived in were also clean and looked maintained, image is everything in my opinion.
Our air conditioning units are fully functional and our house is now quite comfortable to be in again.
The unit in our conservatory has made a huge and immediate impact on being able to work from home, the need for all doors and windows to be open and the two air mover fans are now a distant memory.
The bedroom unit was set to cool last night and we both had a lovely nights sleep, the first for a long while.

Annual Gas Boiler Service
The Engineer arrived punctually at 8am and carried out a thorough service on the gas boiler. He reported that everything was in very good condition and showed us that the contents he emptied out of the filter were minimal and far less than most boilers. So we were delighted to hear that all is well.

I phoned Arton to get a appointment for my annual boiler service and got a slot for the next afternoon which was great. Clarence the friendly engineer arrived within the time slot and immediately started work. No fuss, no mess, job done. I have a service plan with Arton so no charge either.
