Excellent service from Arton Plumbing & Heating
We were looking to upgrade our boiler and decided on a Worcester Bosch system. Worcester Bosch put us in touch with one of their accredited installers, Arton Plumbing & Heating, and we couldn’t be more pleased that they did.
From the outset, the Arton admin team were excellent. We were kept fully informed, given plenty of information and regularly updated regarding the proposed installation date. This gave us real confidence that we were in safe hands even before the work began.
Our engineers, Adrian and Dan, were fantastic. They were polite, friendly, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable. Throughout the installation they kept us updated on progress and explained what they were doing, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
Once the installation was complete, they took the time to give us a thorough run-through of the new system and make sure we were comfortable with how everything worked.
We are extremely impressed with both our new Worcester Bosch boiler and, just as importantly, the whole experience of dealing with Arton Plumbing & Heating. From the admin team through to the engineers, the level of service was excellent.
Highly recommended — a thoroughly professional company providing first-class service.

Very efficient
I contacted Arton and they sent out an engineer the same day. He explained exactly what was wrong with the boiler and his recommendation for repair and later I received an email with the estimate. I found them very quick and efficient. I have used them before and can recommend them.

Prompt response and great service
Clarence from Arton listened carefully to our problem of the boiler not providing us with hot water and also to our explanation of how our system runs in tandem with our solar panels. He then spent a long time looking for the problem and I have to praise his perseverance. Once he identified the fault, he went off to buy the part and quickly fitted it, checking that the system was working again at the end.
Clarence was also kind enough to spend a little extra time before leaving discussing air con with us.
Many thanks Arton for your prompt response and for sorting our problem.

Great, BUT....
We have been a customer of Arton for many years now and as always, the engineer that came to do the work this time, namely Clarence, was superb!!
However, the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that Arton are now using a truly awful AI telephone booking system. It was so bad, I almost put the phone down and went elsewhere. Can we please have a human back - people like doing business with people!!
I guess related to that, given the prices now being charged, surely you can afford to employ a human to pick up the phone. If prices go up much more, I shall be forced to look elsewhere.

Aircon in a heatwave!
I feel like I've won the lottery - hottest day of the year and Kian & Max have been here all day to install our new split system air conditioning. They were clean, professional and friendly, and wouldn't even accept a drink from me. I had a courtesy call this morning letting me know when to expect them. Arton - Our air conditioning experience
Arton are a family run business that have great staff and fantastic customer service. From the first contact with Jess, who arranged the survey appointment.(first impressions count) We ordered an air conditioner for our home which was due to be scheduled for installation at the end of September. A cancellation occurred and we had the unit fitted 6/8/26. The fitters Kian and Max were polite, tidy and informative on the best installation points. They left no mess behind and gave us full instructions on use. Couldn’t ask for better service. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. They are brilliant. Plus…. Great Service
First made contact with Arton regarding not having any hot water at 10.00am and Engineer (John) arrived around 11.00am. He diagnosed the issue, contacted the office who then sent me a quote via email. I then called them to accept quote and John started the repair. All done and dusted by just about 1.30pm. What a great service! I appreciate that if John didn't have the correct part in his van that the timescale may have been a bit longer but luckily that wasn't the case. Thank you Arton and John.
