Had discontinued item on web site and took order for it. Only after waiting for the item to arrive for 3 weeks did I call to be told that it was discontinued.
I missed buying the item at another retailer. Not too pleased.

Our salesperson, Molly Kay, was very helpful and we received our product in a very timely manner as we requested!

I had a great experience working with ArtPromos.com. They were very prompt in responding to questions, as well as very timely with delivering the order. They have great customer service and we will using them for materials from this point forward!

We had to change one detail after the first proof came back. We explained what we needed changed, approved the second proof, and couldn't be happier with the product we received. It was all an extremely easy and fast process with quality results.

This was the first company I found who was willing to break an order up into several colors of the item I needed (custom plastic expo bags) in my price range.
Customer service was nice in that I was dealing with a single person the whole time (Molly), but shortly began to run into issues. First was, I received my proof back (one week later) with my artwork changed in rather nonsense ways. I sent back the errors with more files to choose form in case the file was an issue. A day later I received the same exact file asking for my approval. This time I called because time was getting to be of the essence and I figured I could explain it better over the phone. We finally got that sorted out and they used my original untouched artwork.
Molly assured me several times that we would be on track for my due date. A day before they were due, I emailed Molly to ask if there were any updates. Her reply was short, letting me know it was still in production and she would notify me when there was a shipping update. The next day (my due date), I emailed assuming they would not come in on time. No reply. To my pleasant surprise, they did make it on time, but the uncertainty and lack of communication was not helpful in making plans with co-workers and volunteers.
As for the product, three major complaints: 1. The logo was very off-center (flip-flopping from left to right off center). 2. The colors do not match well at all to what is on the website. 3. On half of the bags, there is a large register mark that was printed across the bottom of the bags.
Final complaint, I emailed Molly explain all of my concerns hoping to talk to someone about them. She said she would talk to her team and get back with me. That was two days ago, no word.

Product and pricing are good. Quick delivery But communication was lacking. It took several weeks for approvals with much email prompting.

The bags I received were excellent, but it took two weeks, and there was no notice of shipping or an expected delivery date. Then their computer asked me for feedback before the order arrived. When made aware of the situation, Molly was a champ. She gave me the tracking info and the bags arrived late the same day. She also promised to fix the system problem so it will not affect others. I really appreciate her customer service.

The people's at ArtPromos are helpful, accomodating and friendly. The shipment arrived two days earlier than scheduled and that was a nice surprise. I don't think I would buy these Duffy bags again though and I'm now a bit wary of the QC at ArtPromos. One bag had a pocket that wasn't seen all the way, another couple bags were stitched wrong. They can still be used and they have our logo in them so I'm not throwing them away, but I won't be getting more.

I had several questions at the start and went back and forth regarding the proof. I approved the proof but they did not produce what I approved. They have refunded me in full and apologized for the inconvenience this has caused me.

Ordered the Glossy Two Sided Signature Business card. Exceeded my expectations. Loading my own logo and word setup was ez. Getting checked out took some time as you have to page through other product offerings. Took no time to receive the completed order in the regular mail. Completed cards were very nice and colors are sharp and crisp. Would recommend and use this service again.

Website was easy to use and the turnaround was fast. received it a week earlier than I expected!

The buying process was very easy. They helped me with the design. It was also super quick! And the end result was great.

I ordered 500 calendars for a holiday mailing to my clients. I paid for expedited service and was confirmed that I would receive the items in time. A week before my packages were due to send to my clients, I still had no recieved an art proof or any communication of a delay. I called the Art Promo office; no response. I emailed Art Promos; no response. I was finally able to get a hold of someone via chat and she told me the art department was backed up and wouldn't get me the proof yet, so let alone was my art not done, so production and shipping time would never be acceptable. I had to scramble to find an alternative for my clients. I requested a full refund and received it. Such a disappointing experience, will not be working with this company again.

Found ArtPromos on the web was bit hesitant , However they processed our ordered , delivered as promised, we didn't even have to follow up with them.
