My matte and frame arrived this week, looking just as I had hoped, thanks to the website’s ability to insert a photo of my artwork into the selected matte and frame for a preview. The product arrived earlier than their projected delivery date. I’ll be happy to give them my business again in the future.

I pick a frame and purchased it via their check out system, then the next morning they call me asking for additional money for the purchase I had already made, SCAM! I don’t feel I can trust this seller and I highly recommend other artists and collectors avoid Art To Frames, they can’t be trusted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! CHEAPLY MADE AND NO RETURNS!!! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABLE AND CLAIM THAT THIER FRAMES ARE FROM REAL WOOD EVEN THOUGH ITS CHEAPLY LOOKING MVP!!! YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY TRUST ME

I just happened to find you guys when looking for custom mats for my drawing. I was never SO pleased with this company! I ordered a custom frame and it arrived promptly. It's beautiful and is perfect for my artwork. I just ordered 2 more already made frames from Amazon 2 days ago, not realizing they're from this company, also. They have already been shipped and should be here tomorrow. I highly recommend this company!!

Do not bother. I knew these frames were inexpensive and likely not be great quality. Unfortunately, they didn’t even rise to meet my very low expectations. Frames and matting does not even rival target frames. Very poorly made. They feel like they will fall apart and the mat is thin and of very low quality.

Well built, high quality frames and mats in so many great colors! Ships incredibly fast and is packed very nicely. Highly recommend!!

I recently ordered a matted frame from ArtToFrames. While I did not order a print of the artwork, as part of the order I uploaded a scan of it. The scanned image is 7 x 9, but the mat they sent was 8 x 10. I contacted their customer service department and reported thei error. They sent me a rather convoluted response about their return policy. None of their options were convenient, all of them were a hassle, and none of them acknowledged their error. What they should have done is send me the correctly formatted mat. I declined their convoluted options, and I responded that I would be taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about ArtToFrame.com! I recently ordered a custom frame for a family photo, and the entire experience was seamless. The website is super easy to navigate, with tons of customization options that allowed me to pick the exact frame style, size, and mat color I wanted. I was also impressed with how they showed a preview of my photo in the frame before ordering – it really helped me visualize the final product.

When the frame arrived (so quickly, by the way!), I was blown away by the quality. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it looks even better than I expected. I would leave a photo but don't think I can on this website

Most companies provide good products and customer service everyday. The true test of how good a company is when a mistake is made. I had a unique special custom order request that was not made correctly. ArtToFrames investigated the error and provided me with the correct product. I buy a lot of collage frames and ArtToFrames has the best and most comprehensive collection of frames, mats, and glasses. It is very easy to customize your order.

Fake web site? 2 weeks no updates on what looks to be a fake tracking number. click on the live chat and nothing works....

DO NOT trust this business with your deadlines or your money.

I ordered a custom sized UV plexiglass for a piece of art for a show. It was ordered was to be delivered by September 27 and was needed for a deadline.

It has not been scanned by the shipper since it left the first shipping facility on September 24th. Today is September 30th so this is day six with no shipping scans. By all indications, it is lost in transit.

I contacted Art to Frames to request a re-make and cancellation of the current order since it is lost in shipping. I told them I need to have a new plexiglass made with rush shipping at this point because theirs is lost in transit. They refused and stated I have to wait an undetermined length of time to see if it shows up and if it does, I can pay to mail the item back to them and re-order a new one if I choose - which would be FAR too late for my deadline.
I told them that will not work and I needed to order a replacement immediately with overnight shipping and further that I would not pay to ship it back. The agent did not respond. I asked how I was to get a refund if it never arrives (which seems likely at this point) and they did not respond.

I have spoken with two different customer service representatives today at Art to Frames (when someone can be reached and the call is not put on endless hold until it goes to voice mail). Neither agent would refund the purchase price for the item not received. I requested a call back from a manager and nobody has responded.

The vendor shipped the item via Amazon shipping and I am unable to contact them directly, so there is no answer as to where the piece may be. Again, by all indications it is lost, so I have to provide cover and pay another vendor and rush shipping to get a replacement ASAP.
This is a nightmare. It's laughable that their hold message markets to professional artists and photographers and even offers drop shipping to clients. NO THANK YOU. My clients want to actually receive their products.

Ordered two matching frames two weeks ago. Due to poor quality control, I was sent frames that did not match. Had to deal with terrible customer service. A "replacement" frame was sent that was an even poorer match, had no hanger and with no faster shipping (as all paid for in original order). Again, had to deal with their terrible customer service- over a 30 min chat this time, multiple request for photos, etc- to reach a resolution that they would send another frame with the assurance it would match. A day later received an email, stating they would not be able to send a matching frame. This email also changed the description of the frame from what their website has listed. Offered to "refund" me for less than original amount paid. Steer clear. Poor quality control and customer service.

I’m not sure what all the sour complaints are about. I had a great experience. There was one small thing I had to write to customer service about but they responded quickly and made a correction. I would use Art to Frames again. I feel like it was a good value for the cost.

I ordered four 9X12 picture frames but what I received was four 5X7 frames with no paperwork and no way to contact them.

I will not use ArtToFrames either. I had a very nice frame that I wanted to use for this project so I just ordered the double matts and a piece of glass. Well the matts came out ok although the color of the inner matte was off but the real problem was they sent a very small piece of glass (8X10) for a 30X20 matte that they made for me. I talked with customer service and was told thats what I ordered. I don't know how in the world that could happen. But my real gripe is the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. If I did order the small glass for this project, wouldn't it be a red flag that this wont work in my order...at least a phone call.

I wanted two frames for my degrees, with mats that correspond with the school colors. ArtToFrames give you plenty of options for frames, mats, and glass/plexiglass. Ordering was straightforward. I received my frames less than a week after I placed my order. They are beautiful and exceeded my expectations -- just as nice as the "official" school frames at a much more reasonable price point.

Ordering was a breeze with tons of options to choose from, and the pricing is all quite reasonable.

My order arrived a full week prior to the estimated delivery date given (around the holidays, no less) and the packaging was sufficient enough to withstand significant turbulence.

ArtToFrames is really the only place I care to visit for any and all of my framing needs.

I wanted to buy a poster at the Hatch Show Print shop at the Country Music Hall of Fame but not spend a fortune on a custom mat and frame. The good folks there recommended ArtToFrames and am I glad they did. The results were impressive. The frame and mat are quality materials. They arrived in perfect condition, well packaged for shipping. The turnaround time was exceptional, especially at Christmastime. I am very happy with my purchase.

Two issues that aren't dealbreakers but could improve the ordering process: 1) The delivery window needs to be transparent. I wasn't sure when I ordered when to expect delivery, and tracking was way off (delivery occurred much earlier than the tracking indicated -- a happy surprise but it would have been a problem had I been travelling and had a package sitting on my doorstep for too long), and 2) the customer service chat is useless because there doesn't seem to be anyone available in real time, and a promised response by email the next day did not occur.

As a professional artist, it's very important to me that my work displays well and is protected so it lasts a long time. I want the people buying my work to enjoy their purchase for a long time. That's why I order my custom build frames from Art to Frames. Their products are always true to size and color. And they are well made. My orders are carefully packaged and arrive in a timely manner.
