I reached out to customer service in your company and was able to get a replacement light ordered at no cost. Do not order from this company, total scam. They show great pictures of the product and deliver you junk that looks nothing like the pictures. When you try to make a return, they offer a very small refund then end the conversation.

I was really worried I wasn't going to get my shipment before Christmas. I found out it went to the wrong house. She must have kept it for awhile till I finally got it. It's good she knew the name on package. My address number was not on package. I'm glad I got it for Christmas.

I had ordered a personalized solar eagle earlier in June and it was never delivered to me. I was informed that they would resend it and again it has not arrived. Now they are asking for another chance to send it. They can do whatever. I just want my refund and they can't even do that. Bad business values and definitely not reliable. Ordered four Christmas ornaments that needed to be custom made. These arrived in a timely manner, however one was broken on arrival. When contacting the company via email, they were extremely quick to reply and organised a replacement to be sent out. Exceedingly impressed by the customer service and quality of the product. Where is my order???
Got a response to my review. It was the same run around, with no results. I also got a response from them through PayPal when I filed to get a refund, saying they were going to “expedite the shipping”, well it was supposedly shipped on 09/22/2026 and still not received, so once again - the runaround. I simply want to be refunded for items that have not been received.
Order was placed Aug 24, 2026. As of October 20, 2026 order has still not been received. Per the company website customers should allow 7-14 days to process orders and an additional 7-14 days for shipping, with the longer times being for custom orders. My order was not custom, it’s a premade kit of beads to assemble. Tracking is a joke, because no real details are given. Supposedly, my order was transferred to a local carrier October 15, 2026. When I contact customer service, I get a generic response saying that the order has been shipped. Repeated requests for a refund are ignored.
