They have many delays for contracts and payouts big red flag

Unannounced news - only shared on discord
not via email, we all know why this is, so they can ensure that you don't get your payout
Their biggest payout ever of 84k which was sent to a trader is their discord mod 'X | Ascendx Capital' he is a liar and the company is solely relying on 50% challenge payments to pay traders. If you question anything you will surely get banned.
Stay away from these cowboys.
Would rather stick with FTMO or start with brokers that have incorporated the prop into their business.

I understand why certain individuals have problems with their accounts, however i do not believe it is as a result of the firms actions. Ascendx is a reputable firm and they can be trusted, all you have to do is follow the rules and you'll get paid, its as simple as that.

i have reached both phase on my 100k account and have been waiting for my funded account since october 3rd. they keep coming up with excuses not to give you your account. like if you are also having this problem!. this has to stop people.this is about quanttekel.

Hello Guys , this is the worst experience from my trading career and I mean it . I was very pleased at the beginning , bought and got funded 50 k account as this company was named AscendX Capital , was in profit about 900 $ wenn the accounts “migration” to Quant Tekel started . I was eligible for payout and fulfilled every point and requirement what they demanded . The duration of the migration was more than one month , I said ok I’ll be waiting but was very confused. After I got finally the funded account back, it’s the nightmare started, I have done my first payout request and they just started with new rules ,that I must fulfill 4 trading days, 2 separate days with 0,5 % profit, said ok , done it . After I was in profit approximately 2100 $ I wanted to make a new payout request ( was the payout request day + 13 days from the previous payout request ) but I didn’t manage to put the money amount there in the field , was not active so I submitted A ticket to ask what’s the issue, after a long time came an answer that my account was breached because “2 minute” rule with 107 sec wich was true but I was aware that first of all was a soft breach and second mistake must had been a hard breach accordingly to their rules . I asked why not soft breach ,and I was told that the rules have been changed.. I said to myself nice , here we go again, another scam firm trying to rob people. They don’t need profitable Traders , they make money from challenges and scamming traders with an edge . Communication with the support was terrible, templates emails so frequently sent and not answering my clear questions. I am honest with you and I want to help you guys not to get trapped into this and not getting payed. As a bonus there are changing the rules so quickly it’s basically almost impossible to get paid. Anyways I am just sad that I believed again in the wrong ones but hopefully I can help another Trader not to be scammed. 🙏🏽 Peace

I have been trading with this prop firm since the beginning of May and was funded at the end of May. However, due to numerous issues they have been facing, my payout was denied, taking a couple of months to process.

To receive a funded account in the first place, one must be verified. I completed the KYC process twice, first with Sumsub and then with Veriff, before receiving my funded account. Given that I was granted the funded account, I was confident that my KYC had been accepted.

The first issue arose with the KYC process. Although I completed the KYC and received my funded account, my payout request was denied because I wasn’t verified at the time. This led to a delay of an additional payout cycle of two weeks. At the end of the second payout cycle, my account was mistakenly flagged for a breach. While they resolved this issue, it took a week to address. After regaining access to my funded account, I had to wait yet another payout cycle.

Subsequently, my payout request was processed on the wrong day, leading to further confusion and delay. This resulted in another waiting period of a payout cycle. During this latest cycle, a new rule, the "2-minute rule," was introduced. I accidentally used an incorrect lot size and closed the trade within 10 seconds. I immediately entered a new trade with the correct lot size, but both trades, the 10-second trade and the subsequent correct trade, resulted in a loss. Consequently, at the end of this payout cycle, my request was denied, and all my profits were forfeited.

Throughout this period, from my first payout request, I had accrued $15,000 in profit. By the time I requested the payout, my profit had reached $17,500. However, despite being $15,000 in profit since the end of May, all of this was denied due to the single 10-second trade, which occurred after the "2-minute rule" was introduced at the end of June. As a result, a soft breach was issued.

One additional concern: Despite being denied my payout, the firm included my name in a public email claiming they had “paid” me in full. This was misleading, as no payout was actually received. This lack of transparency, on top of the procedural issues, raises concerns about the firm’s integrity in managing trader communications.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible support Asta provided! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Asta’s knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help.

Don't try to use them because if you do, they'll let you down. I've been using them for over six months, and they still let me down and deny me my reward. Avoid them at all costs. Choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best decision so far.

Still waiting for my funded account credentials.

I passed my 2-phase Challenge account with Ascendx (now re-branded to Quant Tekel) 6 months ago.

I had to wait three months before they sent me the credentials for my funded account, then they transitioned to a new platform (putting my account on pause whilst they did so), and since then it’s been a never-ending stream of excuses for not sending me my new credentials. Which all means that I can’t trade with them. But all the time they are advertising on social media for traders to sign up to one of their challenges.

That sounds like a scam to me.

I’ve contacted them on 12 separate occasions asking for my credentials, but I get nothing.

They have nearly 200, 1-star reviews on Trustpilot. And all these reviews have similar stories to my own.

UPDATE - The company has subsequently contacted me, and harassed me to take my review down.

But to confirm – my description above is genuine, and after 6 months, I still don't have access to my funded account.

Take my advice – take your business elsewhere. I recommend AquaFunded, who have always provided me with a reliable, honest service with good pay-outs.

Got funded on Ascendx before they rebranded to QT. Been waiting for 2 months for my account and I still cant trade. There are other people still waiting 80-150+ days for their funded accounts. QT proceeds to market their 50% off discounts and let people buy challenges but will stall on handing out funded accounts and payouts. If you contact on discord they just copy and paste saying “wait for further announcement” it’s absolutely crazy that they don’t prioritize their older customers who are sitting in the dark waiting and try to compensate their customers with a “10k challenge”not a single person on earth would think a 20$ challenge account is fair compensation for several months of lost time. Dissapointing and sad.
