BOUGHT A MT5 EVALUATION ACCOUNT 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL CANT GET MY ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS!!... AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR .... NO REPLIES OR THEY TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY

Im not happy at all, the migration is taking forever and I missed so many trades. If I knew that would happen I wouldn’t have buy my funded account from this platform. The contact is not going good. Im not getting any answers for my questions and I had enough. I want a solution now because im not happy

Scam Firm. I was in a-6 dd in live acc crawl back then went into profits and requested a payout . These guys denied it saying i put a sl after 24 sec in a trdae which was a trade i took a week before . No emails no warning nothing. tarders wirk so hard to make profits and these guys just scam people out of it. dw Karma will get u guys

I have paid for an evaluation on MT5, which the firm has not yet made ready, despite falsely advertising that it was available. They also do not know when it will go live. Their customer service center has very little knowledge and often fails to reply or offer any alternative solutions for their customers.

They lack empathy and don't know how to keep their customers satisfied. I would advise staying away from signing up with this firm, as there are plenty of trusted firms to choose from.

I failed a number of accounts with them….:my fault not theirs.

I however had a slippage of 12.8 points on Dax during a non news event which breached my daily loss limit.

12.8 points was far too much in my opinion. A shame as I liked Ascendx and happy to write about the positives too (affordable), various platforms, helpful back office; uk based), but if you take the plaudits then you also have to take the brickbats too.

Very reputable firm. Fast support, receive phase 2 accounts very quickly. Trading conditions are all fair and prices are fair. Big thanks to Fury from support he helps out very well.

take far too long to make appointments and fail to keep many agreements. many payouts that are refused.

My experience was amazing with this propfirm. I have had no issues with them and I highly recommend them for any trader looking to scale their capital.

They offer great support and the owners are heavily involved. They are a great prop firm and I've received a payout from them. Community is great as well.

Had such a good experience with Ascendx they have now changed there brand to Quant Tekel with their own brokerage and still prop firm with them bringing MT5 back have to say the website looks amazing and can’t wait to see where this firm actually goes in the future it is well run and the owners and workers defantly know what they are doing and just wanna give this guy another shout out because he is literally the best his name is EDD always there when ever I ask him anything and I I know if I had any problems he would be straight there to help me or give me guidance and you don’t see that from a lot of prop firms this firm is really for the traders don’t matter if your at the beginning of your journey or a seasoned trader if you guys are thinking about grabbing a challenge I wouldn’t have any second thoughts get funded with these guys now payouts are super fast and support is 10/10

The worst prop firm to ever exist. I passed both phases 1 and 2. When I got funded I traded to 10% on my 100k account, on payout day they deny the payout the same day of requesting. They were claiming that I broke the IP rules and was fabricating IPs to breach and deny my payout. They sent me "proof" that I had been in Nigeria, Netherlands, Norway and Cyprus at the same time. I tried to go to their discord, where I was met with racism and abuse when I talked about the problem. I tried to create a ticket and talk with support, they told me to wait 48h but right after they blocked my mail. This firm is not legit at all and deny every good trader their payouts, because they don't have the money and are about to go bankrupt. BIG red flag when they are so heavy on promoting and are teaming up with influencers to market their bad company. STAY AWAY from these guys if you are a new trader or if you want to get paid for the hard work you do. The owner also are an evil person who only cares about money. good firm however my discord got hacked and someone was promoting a server inside their server and they banned me from their discord and i cant receive any updates on my accounts. Ascendx unban me my discord name is fx.el.

Total scam. They're very inviting with their 50% and other discounts, their BOGO offers but once you get to the funded stage, it's impossible to receive a payout.

Every other week they create more stringent rules despite protests in their discord chats. They're a total scam and their rules are completely idiotic. There are many other excellent options available, please consider those options and don't waste your time and money on this scam firm.

Their rules are specifically made to make your payout get rejected. I was 25k funded with this firm and they rejected my payout just because I had opened 3 trades risking 1% each and secured 2R in both. Guess what excuse they made when they rejected my payout? I had risked 3% of my account. Such a ridiculous firm. Please stay away guys.

I had a terrible experience with this platform. I thought it would meet my expectations, but the support was unhelpful -probably because I was on the beginners' plan. They'll make all kinds of promises, but in the end, they'll just let you down. I'm speaking from experience, and I won't let this happen to anyone else. Stick with Paiva -they focus on good services and always make sure their customers are satisfied.

This company is a joke. They gone from Deifunded changed their name to Ascendx and now Quant Tekel.

They did not spend millions on a broker - the broker was already available in South Africa. They lied about having to decide on a name, which made me and others wait for couple more weeks, but the existing broker already had a name.

All these while rolling out 50% discounts nonstop! I’m glad to whoever supported and wasted money on this firm. You deserved it.

My experience has been horrible. Trash company and founders (Alex and James) who cannot so busy - just rich guys using daddy’s money!

Please stay away from this firm that are very shady individuals,they shut down people's trade all in the name of migration people holding trades were closed in losses and they are carefully saying nothing about it the traders have to bear the loss, totally unfair,this propfirm is scary always migrating,now they don't even have any other payment method apart from USDC,coupled with the fact that the funded rules is a joke please stay away guys,go with older firms..

They put some “migration” or “upgrade” every couple of weeks forcing you to close your trades.
This time they are putting you out of the market for 3 days, including FOMC.

Once you ask them in DC what is happening and what would be a compensation - they mute you for a week. Profit.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this company. After purchasing and funding two accounts, they banned my accounts without any valid reason. I had paid everything in full and followed the rules, but they have refused to refund me despite my requests.
When I try to open a support ticket to discuss the situation, they immediately close the ticket and block my access to any communication. On Discord, as soon as I send a message to get answers, they ban my account too, leaving me with no way to communicate. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and deceptive behavior.
In the end, this behavior feels like a scam, plain and simple. They take the money, ban the accounts without explanation, and block any attempt to reach out for help. This is an immoral and unacceptable practice.
If you’re considering doing business with them, I strongly advise you to think twice.
