Some one hacked my account and…
Some one hacked my account and purchased a gift card, when contacting customer services I was told I should have read the terms and conditions as I couldn’t be refunded. Managed to get the money back from the bank due to fraud, but customer services on her was useless. At least they could have done was block the email address it was sent to as fraudulent

Unused £50 Gift Card Showing Zero Balance
I bought a £50 gift card on 7 May at 18:16 but hadn’t used it until today. When I tried to pay for my shopping at the till, it was declined. I’ve since checked the balance online and it’s showing as zero, despite me never having spent anything on it. I have left a message via the customer service support form and hope I will get my money back!
