ETB Autocentres (Launceston) were really helpful, efficient and friendly.

Friendly and knowledgeable, got me straight in on arrival. Four tyres fitted in about 35 minutes. Care taken not to damage refurbished rims. Will be using this workshop again.

I recently purchased four Michelin tyres from Asda Tyres for over £600, partly because their website advertised a promotion: buy two or more tyres and receive a voucher worth up to £70. For my tyre size, this should have been around £50–£60.

The website clearly stated that no action was required and that the voucher would be sent automatically by email within 30 days. However, after 30 days passed, I received nothing.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that, according to the Terms and Conditions, I actually needed to fill out a form to claim the voucher. Unfortunately, they also said it was now too late because the promotion had already ended, so there was nothing they could do.

This is extremely misleading. The main promotional message says one thing (automatic voucher, no action needed), while the fine print says another. As a result, I missed out completely.

Had I known this, I could have purchased the same tyres cheaper elsewhere. Instead, I feel like I was persuaded to buy based on an offer that wasn’t delivered as advertised.

I strongly recommend that others read all terms very carefully before purchasing and be cautious when relying on promotional offers like this.

All good no isssues , everything went as planned

Bought tyres from website and confirmed install. After almost 2 weeks later, tyres have still not been delivered. Customer Service say they are investigating, but cant provide any details.
They are happy to take your money but not deliver the items!

Asda only delivered one tyre to the fitter instead of the two needed, so I had a wasted journey. The fitter was very nice about it all and very apologetic, but said that they depended on Asda to deliver the tyres. Asda had two days to sort out delivery before the fitting, so it's disappointing. Follow up with Asda Tyres was poor - no sensible response from the Chat on the website, not enough operatives (or too many complaints?), I raised a ticket and am waiting to hear back. What a sorry tale.

Overall, good customer service on busy Saturday morning in difficult circumstances handled timely and efficiently while being kept informed of progress.

Absolute Joke!!
I ordered tyres on March 30th, and for 11 days, this company has shown nothing but pure incompetence and a total lack of respect!
​The communication is a joke. Twice I was promised a callback, and TWICE they completely ignored me. I had to waste my own time chasing them, only to be met with empty promises.
​After THREE rescheduled appointments and TWO wasted trips to the fitters, I was finally told they don't even have the tyres!! 11 days of waiting, driving back and forth, only to be told their supplier doesn't have the stock. Reading other reviews, it seems this same "fairy tale" is told to everyone.
​This is the most unprofessional excuse I have ever heard! They try to look good by blaming others, yet they don't even have the decency to call back. How do these people even get paid? By drinking coffee and lying to customers all day?
​They wasted my fuel and my time. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I hope they close down one day. Do yourselves a favour and STAY WELL CLEAR of this mess. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! 0/10.

Easy to order, great price, expert fitting.

Significantly cheaper than other suppliers and this is the second tyre I’ve purchased. Booking prices very straight forward with lots of choice of local fitters. Fitting was great too.
