Fitted within time frame of appointment, staff friendly and professional, very happy

Second time using this service and again everything ran without a hitch.
The tyre fitting company were very helpful and efficient.

Ordered 4 New Tyres from them on Friday and said they had a slot to be fitted next day so paid thinking I'll have everything sorted tomorrow but:

- Tyres never arrived at the fitters.
- Wasn't able to contact them at all as I booked for 14:00 and they closed at 1:30pm so tried their emergency line but nothing but a voicemail of their opening times.
- Fitter wasn't even sure where the tyres was and couldn't get through to them.

Will NOT be using this service again £230 for all this hassle.

The booking process was simple, and the fiting was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 mins

Cheapest branded tyres I could find online and I’ve used before. A good choice of fitting locations, simple process booked, paid and fitted by DGT Wheels & Tyres with a smile - cheers guys!

Awful experience.
Won't be using Asda Tyres again!

This morning, early hours, I experienced a flat and it needed replacing as I have a commitment around 50 miles away to drive to, later this evening. Booked with ease (I thought!) two X budgets for the back in a Cannock location. There were a few places listing as able to take an appointment today (this will become relevant). I booked for three thirty this afternoon.

Get a call a short while ago which I missed but returned. Spoke with Rebecca. From the off, I did not like her manner at all. You could just tell that, this was one of those "jobs worth" customer service types that doesn't actually understand the frustrations of a customer and doesn't apparently actually want to help customers, instead, quoting terms and conditions and in my view was extremely standoffish, borderline rude, talking over me and not allowing me to speak, getting my back up and I did raise my voice.

Anyway, when I explained the situation, she said that they couldn't do today(the fitter) and that earliest they could do was tomorrow
I advised her I've booked this slot today because I need them today due to the commitment I have this evening and that there were other slots at other places. She said she couldn't swap me to another fitter for today as the tyres had been ordered so basically quick to take my money for a service that cannot be provided and then can't even swap with another fitter to help me out to still get them done. When I started getting annoyed about this, completely understandably because I knew other fitters could do this day, and a cancellation of tyres due to a falsely advertised availability slot for today is not my fault whatsoever, she then became ruder and I lost my patience. The call will show this but it will also show she isn't the right person to be dealing with customers, the way she was me was disgusting. Not even an apology. Not even an alternative just tomorrow or nothing. I've cancelled yet now I have to wait SIX days to get the money refunded which they were quick to take for a nonexistent slot that apparently isn't available. Disgraceful. Now had to fork out (temporarily I know) another £160 quid to get in at another place but have had to pay for slightly more expensive tyres.
Absolutely disgraceful service, a) giving me a slot you can't abide by so don't advertise it! b) Not being able to swap to another fitter when you COULD have cancelled the tyres and done this to help a customer out KNOWING other businesses were available for the work c) Being standoffish and Unapologetic from the off and quick to moan about my attitude which is as a direct consequence of how I've been treated as a customer and the manner in which I'm being spoken. I'm a lawyer, I'm well aware of terms of conditions but does that change the fact this is an inconvenience and that I should be patronised about this.

Disgusting service.

Will never ever use this broker for tyres again and for the love of God, show that lady some training. Customers moan, it's part of the job and there is no need to have an attitude from the start, with a lack of apology just blaming their customers for their response to a bad attitude and response. Appalling!

The ordering process was straight forward, the fitting appointment at my chosen fitter was on time and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Very competitive price for 2 tyres - cheaper than Kwik Fit. A range of fitting establishments to choose from for my location and easy booking for the next day.

The fitting was polite, efficient and professional and they were ready for me when I arrived.

A great experience all round

Horrible experience at Asda affiliate (Brake & Service World Luton) who took over 2 hours to fit my tyres whilst telling me all along it was being worked on, total lies frankly. I was left to wait in the reception for the whole 2 hours and yet I arrived 15 mins ahead of my appt. When I brought to Asda customer care they simply replied, it is T&C.

Never again will I buy ASDA tyres, and they were not that cheap either so have questioned my sanity in choosing ASDA Tyres.

Asda do not propertly vet fitters....

My appointment to book 2 tyres with autodocs high wycombe was booked for 9am. I arrived on time, but the shutters were down and the place was locked up. The first member of staff didn't even show up until 9.15, offering no apology for the delay or for keeping me waiting outside.

I was told my tyres (ordered via Asda Tyres) hadn't arrived. "This often happens," they said....so i returned home. 1 hour wasted.

When I then called Asda to complain about the service, they said they would check. 30 minutes later, they confirmed that the tyres had indeed been delivered and signed for.

I would have accepted a courtesy call from the garage or ASDA to tell me that the tyres hadn't arrived, or (more likely), that the tyres were on site, but they were overwhelmed with work and couldn't put them on until later. Unfortunately, no-one cared about wasting my time.

The site was also a chaotic disorganised mess. This garage should never have been suggested as a fitter.

@ASDA: You can do 2 things to improved your service. 1. DEMAND that garages always call to confirm or cancel the appointments the day prior to the appointment.
2. Advise customers to call the garage to confirm tyres and fitters! are on site....don't trust the appointment system.

I needed one tyre asap didn’t realise my front left tyre was so bad. Came across Asda tyres, since I was on a budget I had many options cheap too, but it was easy to get a tyre and have it fitted through Asda tyres, I ordered a tyre got it fitted next day, will defiantly use Asda tyres again

Overall, it is great experience where the only thing is unable to submit the promotion claim through apps.
I have to write an email for the claim.

The technician who handled my tyre replacement was professional, efficient, and very friendly. I felt well taken care of throughout the process, and the service quality exceeded my expectations.
