Thankfully we started the review of my mortgage early. Due to covid it made sense to start the process of moving my mortgage to another lender ahead of time. Thanks to Ashby Mortgages the process was quick, simple and painless. Excellent access to lenders and an advisor who was patient and understood the requirements of my new mortgage. We got all the way through the process of receiving mortgage quotes from an online provider. Despite this we preferred to use Errol as he is clearly an honest and genuinely helpful expert in the field who will be a valuable contact for advice for many years to come.

Errol from Ashby Mortgages found us a mortgage product at an incredible rate, he also found a reputable lender for our remortgage where others had failed. This meant that we could retain our current property whilst letting it out and move to a larger property for our growing family.

I was very impressed, even from the first initial phone call there was a high degree of helpfullness and understanding as to my options and what the process would involve.
Throughout the process every step was discussed and explained to make sure I was happy and understood.
We discussed my concerns and needs of an appropriate mortgage and came to a decision as to what mortgage suited me best, in which I believe I got a good deal.
After sending the obligatory paperwork to Ashby Mortgages I literally had to sit back and wait as Errol continued to complete the mortgage application on my behalf, constantly updating me as to what the next step would be and the paperwork I would be receiving and if any action was required with it.
I had a very smooth transition from one Mortgage provider to another with minimal fuss, which to be honest is what everybody wants!!!

Everything was tailor made, fully explained and the guidance throughout the process was exceptional during what was a very stressful time.
