Good and efficient service. It would be nice if the removal men might know a few more details about placing the fridge eg is it ok to use a short trailing socket?

After been let down by Currys I found Ashcott appliances online. I wished I'd found them first and not bothered with Currys at all. Michael was very obliging and I was able to get a delivery in a short period of time. The customer service was outstanding and will be my first go to appliance store in the future. Thank you!

Great service. I ordered my new washing machine online, paid via PayPal and received it the next day. The delivery guys took it round the back to my utility shed and got it through the door for me. Explained fully about the transit bolts that I needed to remove before connecting it up.

Very easy online ordering and then I was contacted by phone a couple of days later to arrange delivery which arrived on time and was brought in and placed where I asked. All in all excellent service and would certainly use Ashcott Appliances in the future.

I bought a washing machine from Ashcott Appliances today. Walked in found the one I wanted, paid for it and they loaded it into my car and now it is running it's first wash in my home. They also offer delivery options.

My washing machine broke on a Saturday and I looked to find a company with a quick delivery. Most high street shops had a week lead time when looking. I went on the Web and found a great deal with Ashcott appliances. I contacted them on the phone and they could delivery on the Monday which was great and also it was free delivery because I lived in the somerset area.The delivery guys were great and they also removed my old machine .Great to see independent shops giving great service. When in future I need any electrical appliances I will definitely contact Ashcott appliances first
