correct part supplied in a very efficient manner

I found the item I wanted for my parents' Cannon gas cooker. Once ordered it arrived within a few days. However, the cooker is now to be replaced. As the item was then surplus to requirements, I contacted Cannon Spares and received a returns address. The item (in its original packaging) was sent back. That was yesterday and today I received the refund for the original amount less postage and packaging. The speed of the refund is to be commended. Thank you Natalie.

Having paid £ 2.95 for postage I would expect that the article that I ordered would arrive in less than a week.

No problem with Cannon Spares; however, not happy with the carrier's handling of the parcel. On arrival the package was severely crushed around the side, fortunately the damage did not impact the content.

There is no doubt this company gives very good service, not only in speedily sending the items but also when I requested a refund. i had to send back an item and received the refund within a couple of days.
I also think their site is one of the best in locating the spare and in checking that it will fit the cooker I had. just brilliant

Swift delivery and correct part, with an easy purchase from the web site. My main oven door now working fine at last with the replacement roller catch. It’s very old and was most surprised that we could still obtain parts for the Cannon.
