Easy to use website & the parts arrived in good time
The website was easy to use & I received the genuine parts I required for my Cannon cooker in good time with no fuss. My only reservation was I thought that the spares parts were a little bit on the expensive side.

Beware excessive charges
I bought some screws from you, at least I thought I had, howver when the parcel arrived there was only 1 screw! £4 for 1 screw is unbelievable particularly as postage was £2+ when it could have been posted for 67p

Disapointing.
Ordered an oven control knob for a Cannon cooker. Was told after the order that it was no longer in production! Do I now have to buy a new cooker because of a broken knob? Won't buy a Cannon again.
