I ordered a beautiful pendant made with ashes of our much beloved springer spaniel, who we sadly lost before Christmas. The pictures on the website do not do it justice, it's absolutely gorgeous. The service from start to finish was perfect. I had an issue when wearing the necklace, the fastener somehow would not secure and a few times I nearly lost my pendant. I contacted the website and a replacement was sent out immediately with no questions asked. An exceptional service, and a beautiful item. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I ordered a set of cufflinks as a gift for my son's wedding. This company was very empathetic as we used a loved ones ashes to embed. I cannot say how delighted I was with the outcome. The cufflinks not only look amazing but they were delivered in a special box that when you lift the lid a little light shines on the cufflinks. It came in an outer gift box and gift bag. It is all made of quality. The company were very efficient. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future.
