Not great quality
I ordered a bracelet and charm and I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. It seemed very light and flimsy for the price. My little sister liked it despite the issues with it because she’s too young to tell the difference between good and bad quality, so I just gave it to her. If I had no one else to give it away to I would have returned it and requested a refund.
Edit after reply from jewellery shop:
As I’m not looking to get a refund, exchange, discount, or anything else out of this purchase due to the fact that I gave the items I purchased to my sister, I see no reason to reach out to your shop. I purchased an item that I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of and I have left a review of it as it is my right as a customer to do so. I won’t be purchasing anything else from your shop in the future. So as far as I know, that’s the end of the of it. But I do appreciate the reply nonetheless. And just to clarify, you probably can’t find my order due to the fact that Bev is my middle name and I only used my first and last name to make the purchase on your website.

Outstanding customer service
Was originally disappointed with the fingerprint bracelet I received. The handwritten message was engraved in a standard font (not in the style of the image i provided ) and I couldn’t recognised the fingerprint as it was so zoomed in.
I sent an email displaying my disappointment and received a response very soon after, explaining why the fingerprint was done as such and an error leading to the font being printed as standard. A replacement was dispatched that same day and received the next working day, and all concerns were rectified. Amazing customer service from Natalie!
The bonus of a free gift with my purchase was also very much appreciated.

Fast service , lovely inscription , nicely packaged . Stainless steel bracelet , bit expensive for metal , bought to replace a previous purchase from inscripture , a slider bracelet that kept coming undone and falling off my wrist . Couldn’t wear it anymore sadly .

I don’t understand why the free gift…
I don’t understand why the free gift has to have identical wording to original but is not supplied in same colour??? What is the point in being supplied another charm the same but in rose gold when the bracelet I ordered for my daughter is silver and yet due to the inscription is only suitable for a child of the deceased as it is personalised love dad so it’s not like it could be used by anyone else? And I do not think the quality of the bracelet is worth the money

Our free gift promotion clearly states that the complimentary item will be engraved with the exact same wording as the original order. If you had wished to have different wording engraved on the free gift, this could have been arranged for a small editing fee due to the additional design and production work involved.
The complimentary charm selected with your order was the rose gold option chosen at checkout. We do not offer sterling silver charms within our free gift promotion, however there were alternative complimentary products available to choose from if the rose gold charm was not suited to the bracelet purchased.
The free charm was not intended specifically to be added to the bracelet ordered, but rather as an additional keepsake which could be used on a necklace, keyring or kept separately. Our complimentary gifts are offered as standalone keepsakes, rather than matching extensions to the original item purchased.
With regards to quality and value, the bracelet purchased is handcrafted from sterling silver and individually engraved to order in our studio. Our pricing reflects both the precious metal content and the bespoke nature of the work involved. We work extremely hard to keep our pricing fair and accessible despite continued increases in silver costs.
We do, however, appreciate all feedback and are sorry to hear the item did not meet your personal expectations.
